Compulsory national ID would solve illegal immigration.

State-run public healthcare competing with private healthcare would reduce treatment prices and federal spending.

>Compulsory national ID would solve illegal immigration.
Why didn't the Republicans pass that, or anything close to that then?
>>
The US government spends more on health care than the other countries, only to dump all this money on private health care companies and cause price inflation
>>
>>545734909
Because muh freedumbs or however the burger is deepfried. In other countries you need an ID to buy stuff, work, use public services, basically anything. It's almost impossible to be an illegal immigrant in countries that require ID unless you are human trafficked to work as a slave
>>
>>545734909
Because Republicans can't govern. Next question.
>>
>>545735169
Lets not kid ourselves, republikeks would only push for voting ids because national ids are too "authoritarian" to Americans
>>
the problem a lot of Americans have with national id is allowing the federal government to track people by all the things that internet companies have been doing, such as political leanings, relationships and the like. you saw what Americans were like with Twitter and trying to destroy each other, right? I does make sense. The American people aren't really trustworthy with that information and they are the ones that would run the government.
>>
>>545735281
They have one of the most hands-off, liberal governments on earth. They don't have conscription. They don't have mandatory voting. The government doesn't force them to do anything except pay taxes and even that responsibility is mostly outsourced to local governments. Tech oligarchs and glowies already know everyone there, what additional damage could a national ID even do except ostracizing illegals?
>>
>>545734826
>Compulsory national ID would solve illegal immigration.
>

The democrats and libertarians oppose both of these things, republicans oppose the latter, the socialists the former. Therefore it cannot be done
>>
>>545734929
Nigger I would rather treat myself than go into a state run hospital, are you fucking serious
I'm 99% certain now the people parroting this shit about social healthcare systems don't actually interact with their systems
>>
Lol
>>
>>545734929
>>545735075
>>545734826
Also we spend all that money on healthcare because we do have 'free public helthcare
>VA
This is free healthcare for veterans
>medicaid/medicare
This is free for poors and olds

Thep roblem is that obamacare used to be a stopgap for 'working lower middle class' and trump niggered it up because he's retarded, the point where the system fails to work is when you're a working taxpayer and the government expects you to foot the bill for everyone else and if you're not rich enough to afford platinum or your job doesn't give you insurance then fuck you.

>>545735256
We already have 'Real ID' built into the electronic strip on our driver's licenses.
>>
>>545735758
we're slowly introducing something called Real ID, but you're basically opting in to it. You have to have one to fly, though. So it's probably going to be expanded in the future.
>>
>>545735827
>The democrats oppose both of these things
What is the democrat plan for healthcare? Giving 999 more quadrillions to UnitedHealth Group™?
>the socialists the former.
Odd because all socialist countries have mandatory national ID
>>
>>545734826
I love how people think
"if we only did x, then prices would go down"
Ive got news for you.
peoples greed overpowers your rationality by a factor of about 1000.
Prices wont go down as long as we have greed stearing the ship.
>>
>>545735933
They are either healthy, richfags. Or if they interact with healthcare its through transbullshit or ada shit with wheelchairs or their retarded children
>>
>>545735933
You could just go to a private hospital. You would spend less because they would have to keep their prices low to compete with public hospitals. You would pay less taxes than now because your country is the one that spends the most tax money on healthcare atm because it's deadset on funding private companies.
>>545735973
>VA
>medcaid/medcare
Not real public healthcare. This is just your government funding private companies.
>driver's licenses
Not real ids. Not every citizen has one and they are not safe enough
>>545736404
How wouldn't the prices lower if
A. The government stops giving 30% of its budget to fund private companies
B. These companies will have to compete with state-run facilities offering the same service for a 0$ price tag
?
It's just pure logic
>>
>>545736561
Prices wouldnt lower becuase youre still only paying your copay upfront but gotta wait till april to file your taxes.
If they lower prices they will 100% lower the standard of care as well becuase that industry is repleat with entitled faggots.

You also underestimate how much government corruption will be involved when most of your taxes will go to paying the bureacrats at the universal healthcare office.
ive been to "state run" private, non profit and university hospitals and they all provide the same level of care according to your ses, which is usually overpriced bullshit (becuase youre mostly paying to rent out the office/room for an hour to have the doc talk to you for 15) unless youre net worth is atleast 50 million
>>
>>545737028
>Prices wouldnt lower becuase youre still only paying your copay upfront but gotta wait till april to file your taxes.
Your private insurance would have to offer their service for a price attractive enough so taxpayers decide to forgo a public alternative that would lead to no additional cost to them
>You also underestimate how much government corruption will be involved when most of your taxes will go to paying the bureacrats at the universal healthcare office.
The system is supposed to be transparent and all expenses published on a .gov website. If the system is corrupt it should be the people's fault for not investigating
>>
>>545736037
Sounds like a good beginning
>>
>>545734826
Basically removing usury (kikes) and boomers would solve more than half of our problems
>>
>>545738347
Private insurence would just have to offer extra coverage over the barebones universal. And they can still deny your claims of bottom surgery.

its prettytelling when you think only people can be patients or investigators. Very passive roles. Who still have no control.
And you can hide corruption pretty easily if all you are looking at is accounting ledgers.
your rhetoric is reminiscient of a child who spend most of their time jerking off in the basement.
>>
>>545734909
Dems blocked it
>>
>>545734826
>Compulsory national ID would solve illegal immigration.
haha no
>State-run public healthcare competing with private healthcare would reduce treatment prices and federal spending.
haha no
>>
>>545735973
Obamacare destroyed american healthcare.
>>
>>545737028
Don't forget $50 for a Tylenol without codeine!
>>
>>545734909
Because then they would lose their biggest appeal which is being against immigration
>>
>>545739306
The only downside to obamacare is that you were still beholden to your employers insurence when theres better policies on the marketplace.
otherwise the consumer protections against insurence companies was much needed and trump gutted thst among other things.
>>
>>545734826
This isn't a "snowflake American issue," they've tried many times to introduce this in the Yookay and it keeps flopping there too because nobody wants it.
>>
>>545739306
American healthcare was ruined long before that when Big Government and bloated insurance companies took over amd crowded out vital parts of the system, such as small private practices who did pro bono care for the elderly. Ron Paul used to talk about this at length because he was a doctor before healthcare was enshittified into the unfixable mess that it is today.
>>
>>545739667
I could have said snowflake Anglosphere issue for IDs >>545735075

Republicucks push for voting ids because it would frustrate and confuse voters keeping the dedicated migger minority in charge, they won't pass anything that really cracks down on illegals because it would hurt the oligarchs and big businesses. Ice raids are just a publicity stunt essentially
>>
>>545740280
Wow. Being stuck in a two party system really fucks Americans over
>>
>>545734909
Because they don't want to solve illegal immigration anon.
>>
>>545734826
funny how it's following the boomers. we're gonna be left with such a mess
