One thing I would stock up on is wood treatment and preservative. You can build a lot of things with steel and concrete, but a home needs wood, and good luck fabricating good wood preservative without the oil and gas industry that is very assuredly if slowly going bye bye. That and hand tools. If they don't find you handsome, they should find you handy.
