Why does /pol/ hate and mistrust minority and female pilots so much? All pilots have to meet the same standards to reach the flight deck. If anything the prejudice women and minorities have to overcome to earn their place at the controls of a jet make them actually overqualified.

>>545850272If you're at least 25 years old you have lived long enough to have seen in the workplace at least one instance of a black or brown passing courses or otherwise advancing when they shouldn't have simply because someone was afraid of being called racist or because that person stirred up trouble (which is white, they'd have actually been fired for, but fear a law suit from darkies), if not rocket up the ladder to corporate success based on sheer mediocrity. When you have "DEI" programs in place, you have quotas, meaning that person is solely in that position because HR has forced the company to do so because of their skin, not because of their competency.
