i dont give a fuck about star wars, that was just one example of where you could go with a sci-fi gimmick. theres plenty of other possibilities. and I really dont see why the need for a weird costume should be an issue, wrestling history is full of guys in crazy costumes. if psicosis and black taurus could wrestle with big ass horns on their heads, then i guarantee somebody could pull off an alien gimmick.

Its hard to make a space\sci fi gimmick that will be easily recognised as sci fi\alien,remains practical to move in and practical as a thing to book etc
You can put all the effort into it or make another spooky guy gimmick
