You wouldn't need to pad Gunther with retirements if you he had this level of a title drop instead of a too late to build up and generic Sami Zayn match. - maybe Gable was injured or some shit but it sure was the worse outcome of that amazing build up and the David and Goliath set up Chad and Gunther had. I thought the OG vs nu Americano feud went on for too long and was bit too cheesy with the inclusion of Bravo (and eh...) and them Creed bros into this, it was becoming mexican coconut theater, or taco bell theater. Their spots in this match was superfluous too but alright, it wasn't for too many minutes of the overall run time and the drop was a crowd pleaser. The match itself was crazy good, bit too many false finishes for my taste and the pacing wasn't solid all the time - structure of the match made up for it, as well as the viscera and the spectacle. I'd give it many stars if I cared to rate things. A match of the year contender for sure.
