let's be real, some of these titles need to be unified. unify the world titles on the women's side as one belt, and unify the two sets of tag belts on the men's side as one set.now, even though i'm a fan of women's wrestling, there's a lot of people (other than myself) who aren't. But if people aren't really paying attention to it like that, then why the fuck do we have two women's world champions for?why not just unify the two women's world championship belts together, and have only one women's world champ, and then just have Liv/Rhea defend the title for both brands, since the brand split seems like just a figment of our imagination at this point.
>>20694021they need to remerge everything. they have way too many fucking belts and too thin of star power for them. it also kills creative because no one has a feud anymore unless it's about a belt. having one belt per division would create way more possible feuds that aren't just "you have title I am a better wrestler I want title."
>>20694021At the very least they should unify the US/IC women's titles. It's meant to be the workhorse title so have the champion work both shows. Except that doesn't work when someone like Becky Lynch is the champion because she doesn't really seem to like wrestling any more
>>20694021Merging belts is not going to make the show more or less entertaining because you still need actual characters and clever storylines. Rhea and Liv are boring as fuck so nothing will really change.
You ain't fooling anyone livfag she's never touching a unified title
>>20694021I have been saying this for ages>Merge tag titles>Merge wwe and heavyweight title>Merge womens titles>Merge the midcard beltTitles are a story telling tool but when they are the sole tool, it fucks up the story. If they cull belts, then they can bring them back later or make new ones. Then you can have tournaments or events to get the belts or push things over the line. Also yes i'm aware they won't merge the belts because that would kill crown jewel but it doesn't matter in my head. I'd rather a hardcore belt but we will never get those style matches again.
>>20694021They'll never unify the titles as long as Raw and Smackdown are on different networks, at least not permanently.
