He doesn't know how to push through obstacles. I don't wanna pretend to know him, but it's probably because he hasn't really faced any really tough ones IRL. Wrestler in angle injured? Can't adapt the booking around it. Rapid changes to AEW's aesthetic, graphics, set-ups feel in response to low ratings or WWE buzz.
First it was black, white, and gold.
Then red and blue with giant LEDs.
Then red white and blue ropes with black.
Then white ropes, with red and blue.
Then no LED ramp, but condom tunnels, with LED apron with acid colors
Then no LED apron, no condom tunnels, but big LEDs they just got rid of.

This was in the space of 1 or 2 years as well. Just shows how Tony's mind works.
