I was re-watching the stages of hell match where drew won the title and the Pop he gets is fucking insane. the crowd is going bonkers in the background too. ever since he dropped the belt back to cody it's been such a shitfest. I don't know what the fuck they were thinking.at the time it seemed like kind of a slam dunk to just have sami win the rumble and finally not only win his first world title but also break his losing streak against drew (0-11)
cody wanted to drop to drew earlier at wrestlepalooza and then win it back from him at mania. cody shouldn't have won it back but he was right that drew should have won it earlier and had a longer reign, carrying it into mania. sami winning... i guess but there'd have to be some foul play, you don't just lose a dozen times to win clean with the power of islam.
