They’ve tried to rebuild him with this Career Killer run, but the embarrassing Jey booking still haunts him. And now they’ve emasculated him even further by turning him into a complainy, sniveling villain who whines about getting screwed instead of a confident, dominant villain. (They basically gave him Drew McIntyre’s character while Drew is gone.)What they need to do is give him a singles rematch with Jey and just have him squash the FUCK out of Jey. Like, an all-time squashing. It doesn’t have to be fast, either. Gunther can toy with him. Torture him a little. Apply submission moves and then break them himself while laughing. Lots of blood. No mercy. They need to let Gunther utterly destroy Jey Uso in order to exorcise the demons of that tap out. Trolling fans may still do the “you tapped out” taunt after that, but it’ll be minimal.
