This is the biggest match in AEW history. The Rock vs Austin of modern era
>>20788404>The biggest match in AEW ever>Can still only think about WWE
>>20788414Well, sorry that TNA never had any of the greatest matches in history, so they can't be mentioned.
>>20788420Why after 7 years can AEW still not just stand on its own two feet and be its own thing anon? I think that's the part you're missing. If you still have to lilbro it to every other promotion while hyping up its supposedly best match ever then how good can it really be?
>>20788404Who are these guys? Are they wrestlers ? Were they in wwe?
>>20788414Bigger than any of Paul's best bouts
>>20789384I can't think of any AEW match talked about the way Cactus Jack vs Triple H HIAC match is. Can you?
>>20789396that match fucking sucked
>>20789396Lucha Bros vs Bucks cage matchBucks vs Omega/PageOspreay vs DanielsonMoxley vs Hangman TDM
>>20789396>>20789422+ every single stadium stampede/anarchy in the arena lmao
>>20788404Ospreay and Omega are anime and gamer nerds, terrified of the real media outside the bubble. Can you imagine either of these guys in a promotional interview with a professional entertainment host?
>>20788420>TNA never had any of the greatest matches in historyAs opposed to a match between a wrestler who based his entire flow on TNA era Angle (Omega) and a wrestler who based his entire flow on AJ Styles (Ospreay)
>>20789443>a wrestler who based his entire flow on AJ Styles (Ospreay)nah Ospreay is Marufuji clone
>>20789396>Cactus Jack vs Triple H HIAC match
>>20789440Remember when Paul tried to be an actor, did not go well!
>>20789396>Cactus Jack vs Triple H HIAC matchIt was just a hardcore matchBut yes it does mog AEW>>20789422>>20789424All this shit is trash
>>20789451>nah Ospreay is Marufuji cloneHe's not lmao, he's just Amazing Red with some slams.Prime Marufuji mogs Ospreay and honestly mogs AJ too. Go watch him in late-2000s NOAH on his Jr. Tag run with KENTA, those guys gap any modern wrestler and it's not close.
>>20789422Never hear anyone talk about that shit or call them gamechangers or the greatest matches of the decade or the best of their career or anything like that. Saying hangfag vs mjf tdm is actually insulting. That shit was fucking retarded. They just walked from retarded hardcore spot to retarded hardcore spot with no attempt at all to make it look like a real fight.
I don't really care for Ospreay and hope Mox turns on him and sends the crowd home happy. Tony isn't brave enough to do it but bruv isn't that over in the UK or online and it's a better story than him winning and having a long run. I think most AEW fans would prefer a longer Kenny run than the bruv winning it desu.
>>20789396You mean their match at the Rumble right? That HIAC is only remembered for one thing.
>>20789504Tony worked himself with the whole "bro ospreay needs a coronation in the UK it's wembley" discourse that is over-represented online and has no real basis in reality for fansI actually like AEW but I agree I'd much rather we get a nice long old man Omega run to send him into the sunset than a short transition onto OspreayHonestly I'd have just rather the Darby win be reserved for Wembley with how things have panned out since because while the reign was very novel and good I just don't care about Ospreay, he literally insists upon himself in the ring and he isn't nearly as creative or innovative of his peers
>>207894801) OK liar and 2) lol no one has ever said that about their HIAC
>>20789509>Tony worked himself with the whole "bro ospreay needs a coronation in the UK it's wembley" Yeeeep. Don't know what happened to Ospreay since the injury, either. His promos have no bite now whatsoever.
>>20789509you can't book and neither can Paul. Shut the fuck up bitch
>>20789384>This match that can't even sell 40k tickets in a 90k stadium is going to be bigger than Attitude Era main eventsAnother day another reason AEWxirs deserve the rope
>>20789528>meltzer said that tag team cage match was the greatest of all time immediately after it happened>no one has talked about it since or can remember when it happened or what it was for>but Meltzer said it was the greatest match ever so it must beOk cultist
>>20789549>Meltzer out of nowhereI accept your surrender, you may now return to your TNA cope thread
>>20789552Who else is talking about AEW, bro? Who else is bringing up these matches? I don't see anyone
>>20788404The biggest match in AEW history was MJF vs Adam Cole because it main evented a PPV that drew 72k people. Nobody gives a fuck about broken down Kenny vs a dimeless shitter.
>>20789560>frantically trying to escape the fact he couldn't even cite the correct Foley-HHH matchKWAB
>>20789565>a PPV that drew 72k people.Glad you made that distinction. It was the PPV that drew, not Adam Cole vs MJF, which, like the entire matchcard, was revealed *after* most of the tickets had already been sold.
>>20789422Nobody talks about those matches. In fact, nobody talks about any AEW matches. I'm willing to bet this is the first time you've even mentioned any of those matches since they happened.
>>20789532Paul can book better than Tony can which is why WWE rapes AEW all day every day
>>20789509Tbh now that I think of it, I was at the first All In and I was drunk as fuck but I remember he was actually super over but that was a long time ago now. It will probably be a great match and atmosphere if they somehow manage to move way more tickets, but I still think there's going to be a lot of people in attendance and online who would much rather he didn't win. Kenny winning the title and putting over Darby at a show was my fantasy booking for a while. I still liked his run and think MJF has been on a great run too but the booking feels kinda haphazard
>>20789581>Paul can book better than Tony can which is why WWENope. WWE has been and was beating AEW since the start, when Vince was in control. It's beating AEW in spite of Triple H (who lost to Tony when in control of NXT and almost died for a shoot because of that), not because of him. WWE's beating AEW no matter what, because AEW is just that fumbly.
