For a college project about marketing, I asked 100 people in my college town (Bloomington, Indiana) if they have heard of AEW and WWE.
Only 3 people have heard of AEW.
Do you think the popularity of AEW is greatly exaggerated online by its fans?

How did you do this? Suggestiveness is often no controlled for well in surveys like these. If you only asked about a specific type of company, after a few they typically start saying they've heard of some of them. But if you ask something like "Have you heard of AEW? NewsCorp? Comcast? TNA? Nestle? Ford? WWE?" then you're likely to get more accurate results.
If you ask those 3 what they think of AEW and they say "it's fucking gay lmao" then you have a good data set.

They just had to answer yes or no.
>Have you heard of AEW?
>Yes/No
>Have you heard of WWE?
>Yes/No
>>
>>20812195
I’m surprised 7 people had never heard of WWE. Were they boomers that missed the name change from WWF?
>>
>>20812195
Did you ask them if they actively watch it? I've heard of Taylor Swift but that doesn't mean I listen to her shitty music.

yeah but if you take Max numbers into consideration, then look at their viewer average numbers, multiply that by five, and then add that to Nielsen's numbers, you'll find that more people actually know about AEW, and therefore watch it.
>>
is this based on science?
>>
were the 3 who said yes for aew morbidly obese?

I'm gonna come to Bloomington and fuck you and your dog

Show people a picture of Roman Reigns and see how many know him. Genuinely curious if it's even half.

I think you should enroll in a statistics course.

I’d question the validity of this thread but I also know that colleges allow people who can’t read now so…

You underestimate how retarded colleges have gotten now that women are the majority of enrollments and everyone now uses chatGPT for everything.

The bar has never been lower.
