But also, because Bischoff didn't tell anyone about Hogan joining Hall and Nash. If Bischoff had told them an hour before the show started, Heenan wouldn't have said that.

Separated or not, it caused fucking problems and Dixie got in. From there, Russo sunk his claws. Kurt is nice and won't bury him, but he's hinted at this. That's why he said he'd never bury Dixie.
