The PLE's can sometimes feel like a bonus episode of raw or smackdown or a combination of both.
There's nothing really "premium" feeling about them.
Steel cages are a lost gimmick, ring safety has generally removed the big spots. Essentially what a steel cage means now, is a slightly more difficult to view watch with fencing blocking the camera.
