They should try a circular ring with no ropes.You get irish whipped, you fall out of the ring and hurt yourself. Real game changer.
>>20835411You could technically curve the rope using either a umpteen ring posts to create dense multiple angle perimeter that essentially is a ring but the ropes would have virtually no give. TNA's old ring was known for having less give in the ropes too. Alternatively you could create compensation system that with using a flexible circular material but I doubt that would be safe because of the way it rebounds when running ropes, the force would be into a random angle instead of a predictable angle

Six-sided ring is as round as it gets. You need cornbuckles or the ropes don't function.But apparently running the ropes was demanding anyway with the amount of taut they needed to be. No idea if a five-sided ring might've been better.
