As much as I'd like to once again spam about how cute Tomoka Inaba is, I want to add insight as to why she goes so hard on AZM and SLK.For the last four years that I've followed her, Tomoka Inaba's goal has been to become a big star like other prominent women in her age group. She can't help but constantly compare herself to them since they all started wrestling around the same time, have similar skill sets, and are all the same age. She sees AZM and SLK thriving on the biggest stage in Japanese women's wrestling and has always wanted to be on their level, and even surpass them. Tomoka gets frustrated with herself when she feels stagnant while her contemporaries are excelling right in her face. This also applies to women she started wrestling with who are of different ages, like Maika and Mirai, because they're still from the same class.Tomoka's goals are to be among the best of her class, and get the approval of Taka. She feels like Taka constantly berates her for not being as good or successful as Maika, Mirai, and even her own sister Azusa, who SHE brought to wrestling 3 years ago. While the majority of us would want to see her join AZM and SLK for the visuals, fan service, and a perfect blend of exciting wrestling styles-her focus will always be on beating them to show the world she's on their level.
