to add to >>21017149 (me) I think the only way this makes any sense is that they were always planning on putting the belt on chelsea the second rhea got hurt by making it an interim belt with rhea coming back it made more sense in someone's head because now chelsea has a less legit title and the summer slam losers would be less likely to want to go after the belt right away because they would have to immediately defend it against Rhea
