i was not watching wrestling when punk was active in 2014 and before
when he came back, my first impression of him was that i hated him and thought he was annoying, but his WHC reign won me over, and i am actually really loving this WWE title reign
it's so refreshing to have an actual world champion/top guy/face of the brand - one that is organically over, not forced, defending the title regularly, is there weekly, and is doing all of it well by having great matches and engaging the crowd
realistically they should keep it on him until he retires, only taking it off for brief stints to keep things fresh, i never want to see cawdy or leakee hold this fucking thing hostage again
