Bronson Reed is now jacked. What's your excuse, fatass?
>>
>>21136842
I don't get paid to work out.
>>
>>21137002
Yep.

Normal day for me is:

Wake up 6-630ish...if I actually sleep well.
Walk the dog
Shower
Breakfast
Start work at 9
Finish work at 5
Dinner
Walk the dog again
I guess I could spend the 2-3 remaining hours at the gym, but then I have to get there and shower again. So that would be another 1-2 hours off.

It's not possible...and I don't have a ton of responsibilities.

Meanwhile, Reed works maybe 10 minutes per show and does whatever else the rest of the time.

>>21136842
How many cartwheels can he do now?
>>
>goes from a 400 pound short guy to just a short guy
Is this good for his career?
>>
>>21136842
Why didn't he do this before being fired in 2021?
Is it because Ozempic only became popular in 2023/24?
>>
>>21136842
That’s buddy.
>>
>>21136842
>Obsession T-shirt
He's still a fat redditor.
>>
>>21136842
the combo of ozempic type drugs (reta etc) and peptides doesn't make this impressive anymore
>>
booring
>>
>>21137167
You have brocolli hair
>>
>>21136842
Gets paid to work out.
He simply just changed his diet.
Cut calories.
Lifted more.
Eat mostly stuff like carrots and plain chicken breasts.

We could all look like this if we got paid for it
>>
>>21137124
He found himself, chud
>>
>>21137048
probably a lot if i had to guess
>>
>>21137213
>he found himself
It shouldn't be that difficult, he was small but he was also very wide.
>>
>>21137223
Abbo genes. Please understand
>>
>>21136842
Went from half stack of dimes to zero dimes.
>>
>>21136842
What a fucking dummy. He was already holding on by a thin thread and now he looks like Jelly Roll.
>>
>>21137043
Your dog doesnt need two fuckin long walks a day, buster. That's time you could be spending specifically on your own health and fitness.
>>
I'm laughing out loud at all the fatties who hate WWE defending a pig getting skinny thanks to taking a shot. Aewtists are all pro-VaXX so taking shots to look healthier is their dream scenario but they can't fucking afford it because they spent all their money on myAEW subs.
>>
>>21137307
He's walking too, retard.
>>
>>21137048
He can do more cartwheels than draw any dimes
>>
>>21137043
Maybe get rid of that stupid dog
It's hilarious how many people waste their time on stupid animals
>>
>>21137043
Even a 30 minute workout would be better than being lazy
>>
>>21137192
lol what are you talking about?
>>
>>21137308
take your meds
>>
>>21136842
It's not my job to be in shape. Says something about this guy's career that he's 40 and just now getting some muscle.
>>
>>21137292
He went from Big Bronson Reed to Medium Bronson Reed.
>>
>>21136842
Why the fuck would he get rid of the one thing that made him stand out (his shape). Now he's just a random strong man. His tsunami last night didn't have any kind of impact like it used to. He's genuinely fucked when the cuts come
>>
>>21137043
When you're in shape, you don't need 8-9 hours sleep per night. Your body becomes much more efficient, you're ready to sleep the moment your head hits the pillow and sleep deeply throughout, and you'll get by just fine on 6-7 hours.

It's true that people who can (and do) spend 3-4 hours in the gym multiple days per week will mog you but that doesn't mean you can't establish a baseline and healthy practices and go from there. If you're going to sit on your ass and watch 2 hours of TV every night, you can do that on incline treadmill just as easily. You can listen to podcasts while lifting weights. It's insanely easy to multitask at the gym. If you're gym averse for whatever reason, you can take your dog for a jog - not a walk. Buy a weighted vest or choose a path with lots of hills.

No clue how it takes you 3 hours from the time you wake up until the time you clock in, you're wasting insane amounts of time there even with an hour commute. If you workout in the morning, you don't need to shower/workout/shower, you just shower once. If you workout at night, you don't need to shower/sleep/shower, you just shower once.

>>21137124
Lifting heavy weights (hypertrophy workouts) fucking hurts, and if you lift heavy while cutting, it makes you incredibly prone to injury. If you don't get injured, you'll just be fatigued all the time and blown up 2 minutes into every match. Not the way you want to do things when you hold other peoples' safety and careers in your hands. You're just supposed to look like you're blown up, not actually be blown up.
>>
>>21136842
Well for one my name is Kevin Steen and I just don't really feel like working out :(
>>
>>21137058
it 100% wouldn't fly with vince but maybe hhh
>>
>>21136842
I used to too, but it changed absolutely zero for the better and just became a chore I simply did not enjoy.
If my life's gonna be shitty either way I'd rather die in my 60s while indulging in the simple vices of being a lazy ass.
>>
>>21136842
He took some ozempic and lost part of his gut.
He's still in terrible shape for a pro wrestler compared to the rest of them.
>>
>>21136842
Stress eating, being tired after work, working longwr than 8 hours, having less energy than average, mental wellness not 100%, bot having enough sleep

Sorry my excuses aren't good anon, but this is where I'm at.
