Our eyes can be deceived due to camera angles and the size of boot the guys wear, which always adds some height. Hypothetically even if Bron were 5'9" that isn't a manlet either. That's the average height for a man in America. But he's taller than that.

Cody Rhodes and Punk are both billed at 6'2'' yet Cody is taller than Punk so whatever Punk is, Cody is a little more. Oba is billed at 6'6'' but Cody was almost as tall as him, although we can tell Oba is big so it probably means Cody is somewhat legit in height, while Oba is worked.Cody was taller than Cena but Cena may have shrunk. There are scouting reports with actual heights and weights and then there are "listed" heights and weights that are often inaccurate. However, the OIC (Olympics) does not do this, which is how we know Kurt Angle is 5'10 instead of 6 ft, Michael Jordan is 6'4 1/2 instead of 6'6, etc. Bron is probably just around 5'10 barefoot.
