You're paying your money to watch the thing. Viewers paying to watch is where they get their revenues. If it wants to make money, it needs to put on a show that's good enough where you'll be willing to put up that kind of cash again.When you watch a WWE PLE (or any WWE programming, actually), you are not the customer. Its actual customers are the advertisers and the streaming services. It doesn't need to put on good shows, at least not often. It just needs to put on shows that are good enough to keep its built-in audience tuning in so it can show them the advertisements from its actual customers. Sure, sometimes it can be decent but more often than not the goal is to keep your eyes locked on the television rather than giving you something you'll actually enjoy.
