I thought it was worse than even Redemption.
Okada/Ciampa, Trios Title Match and Women's Tag Title match were good.
TLC was decent.
Borden match and Main Event were horrible.
Everything else was forgettable.
At least Redemption had that fun main event where it was clear Kevin Knight was no match against Omega and the match played with that self-awareness.

Seems about right. I think All Out was the first PPV where the middle section of the show was the strongest part
