Not really, it's not hiding murder.
Autopsies aren't always conducted with the rigor they necessitate, especially on non violent deaths.
Undetected heart conditions can be quite hard to actually separate from grotesquely inflated heart from roid use and unless he blasted in the days before, there's a decent chance it won't show up in his blood.
A bit of cash can discourage the doc from looking any further, but he barely has any reason of doing so in the first place when it's not murder
Stats on suspicious deaths with no further inquiries and unsolved violent crimes are still crazy btw.
