Federal and state regulations need to be revised to allow athletic commissions to oversee sports entertainment, which first begins with striking down the "unscripted, competitive contests where participants aim to defeat an opponent through physical force" regulatory loophole, which has long made WWE, AEW, TNA, etc. etc. exempt from discretion. Wealthy cowards like Tiny Con can only hide behind his army of lawyers and drag out litigation through closed-door arbitration, but enough is enough.
