Genuinely what's the plan here? Ricochet was Pac's partner in DG and the only one in the company who can realistically execute the Black Arrow if he practices it considering he's a freak athlete.
So he should be the one who should win this match, but I don't see TK letting the world champ job to a normal Dynamite even if it's a non title match.

Well after Grand Slam France they're only gonna have like 10 days to build to the Wrestledream main event so may as well just have Ricochet beat him then call his shot after Will beats Okada. They'll probably have a title match anyway because he's booking Will to take out his rogues gallery
