Max Payne was laughably bad. the original live action Mario Bros is still listed among the worst films ever made. Prince of Persia was meh and it's redeeming part was just peak Gemma Arterton, but literally had nothing to do with the source material (except for the Dagger). the Angelina Jolie Tomb Raiders are probably still the best adaptations and even they are pretty mediocre action flicks that are over 20 years olds
