>>21356324Yeah. I've watched AEW from the beginning. 2019-2021 (the black and gold era) is the only notable era. Ironically, just like NXT. Adam Cole, Keith Lee, Undisputed, and Malakai, were the subtle beginnings of it turning sour. By 2023, AEW was making fumble after fumble. Tony's desperation, lack of street smarts, lack of social awareness, and out of touch lifestyle was reflected in all the schizophrenic decision from then on out. Constant set changes, constant logo changes, stop/start pushes, forcing memers into mainevents or 20 minute openers, letting the wrong people go. His post-Punk desperation ruined any and every chance AEW had. And that's without mentioning a load of other stuff. There have been several moments when they looked like they got a clue, but I can barely stomach Dynamite or even the PPVs anymore. You can give them chance after chance, but Tony is just an idiot who lucked out in AEW's first few years. Now, it's just trash. Inb4 drone: all modern wrestling companies suck. Just the disappointing facts.
