When did you realize Hulkster was 100% right about burying the union
Hulk did nothing wrongHH
>>21361832It would've killed the wrestling industry right there and then if Hulk Hogan had to take a paycut to get paid the same as Brooklyn Brawler. Ventura is a fucking Baja idiot
History has proven that Jesse only doees things to benefit himself. When he was governor of Minnesota the main thing he changed was how easy it was to get a car registered and to lower the costs of doing so. Of course he owned a lot of cars so it benefited him directly.
>>21361832Hogan post steroid trial might be the WOAT look
>>21361832This is why absolutely no wrestlers except for his posse of ball lickers attended his funeral KWABOAT
>>21361832I knew it right after Ive heard about itImagine being in a union with fucking grizzly smith If it wasnt for money it would be matter of reputation, one guy fucks something up and its over for you
>>21361832The Hulkster was never wrong about anything and everybody he held back deserved it for being a business killing shitter
WHEN IT COMES CRASHING DOWN AND IT HURTS INSIDEFUCK YOUR UNION FAGGOT. THAT SHIT AINT GONNA SLIDEIMMA KEEP MY PAY HIGH YOU COMMIE FAGGOT YOU BETTER HIDEFIGHT FOR THE RIGHTS OF EVERY TOP MAN
>>21361983the most american post there is.
>>21361832Bet he wishes there was a union in hell.
>>21364081The Hulkster has no care about hell when hes chilling in heaven, little dude. Take vitamins, say your prayers and change your socks.
>>21364081so they could equally share satan's cock? that doesn't work for him brother, he wants it all.
>>21361832Always knew he was right. Bret was an anti draw.
Imagine how awful wrestling would be if you weren't able to cut shitters whenever you wanted to.
>>21361832>socialism is bad!>the market should be in the hands of the public!>groups of people should be able to pool their value and power into large organizations if they want, it isn't the government's place to intervene!>...>...>...>Unions? Noooo not like that!
>>21361983It's this simple.
>>21361983It wouldnt kill the industry. Promotions can easily create new stars whom didnt joined the union. probably most of the wrestlers die after suicede because they wont make any money and wont get booked.
>>21364440faggot leftist shithead wrestlers can start their own "wrestler's rights" organizations all they want, they can do it right now no matter who their employer iswhat they can't do is fuck up everything for everyone else with their fag communist gay shit because they're never going to get the votes for it. but the fact they won't do it individually, during their free time, is the proof they don't actually give a shit about anything but power
>>21361832I don't care if he ran to Vince and told him, why the fuck didnt the other wrestlers just tell Vince to fuck off in mass until they got what they wanted? So one man who is making more than most of the roster combined didnt want to lose that and told his boss? Faggot shit, but I can understand, but I wont understand why the other wrestlers didnt stand up and walk out if they wanted it so badly? Or perhaps it was just Jesse who wanted it and everyone one just wanted to wrestle, and get drunk and play grab ass, wake up, inject roids, then repeat. This is America in a nutshell, a bunch of complaning faggots, who all day and night complain abiut this situation, the millionaires dont care (They are Hulk in this situation) They got their bag so who cares about whats under them. Then Jesse a vocal minority who tries to enact change for the better but is ignored and told to go get a fucking job (NEETS and others who see the bs) While the wrestlers who ignored him continue to bitch, piss and moan, when they opportunity for change was there, they just chose to accept their life and bitch (The general American)tl;dr Monkies didnt create AIDS it was made in a laboratory in China.
What would a wrestling union even look like? All the wrestlers are paid the same and on fixed contracts with full healthcare? How do you book top guys and jobbers and incentivize people to step up and work the top guy schedule?
>>21364520Id imagine that contracts can still vary. What the union would have provided was health insurance, maybe pay for hotels and stuff limit how many matches one can have in a year and other stuff, but contracts can still vary, though they would be smaller to compensate for the union demands and union fees and such. Honestly if I was a wrestler, id choose AEW just due to the benefits it gives you, much less travel, and stuff.
>>21364081Hulksters runnin wild in heaven
>>21365250The main thing is he’s dead and the wwe universe killed him.
>>21364515The problem with this argument is that midcarders WILL NOT PERFORM AT A HIGH LEVEL like the top draws. You can pay them more but they'll still be lazy shitters. Why can't you faggots understand this?
>>21365295>images you can hear
>>21365354this is why you do away with guaranteed contracts and instead revert back to the old days of minimums and people being paid depending on the house and other revenue streams.
>>21364534>maybe pay for hotels and stuffDidn't WWF used to do this? I remember they used to pay for rental cars but too many wrestler kept getting luxury vehicles so they stopped paying for them.
>>21365366>he thinks unions will actually do stuff like breach of contract clauses and not just be a glorified extortion racket like when they worked a bunch of 1980's uneducated laborers
>>21365554how is that any different to what wwe are doing now with wanting to renegotiate contracts despite making record profits?
>>21365588Then what's the point of a union then? Just for a bunch of grifters to be your "rep" while you pay them a chunk of your paycheck to do nothing but send the automated weekly ra-ra speech email. It's no coincidence Teamster were mostly mobsters who had upgraded from robbing mom and pop stores for protection money.
>>21365620>Then what's the point of a union thenmany things such as worker protection and ensuring equitable treatmentufc fighters get like 11% of ufc's revenue, wwe's get about 15, but for unionised sports it's about 49% and those sports seem to be doing very well.
>>21365649Holy fucking shit it's Jesse Ventura getting worked by that fat black NFL player AGAINalso >he really thinks unionizing UFC fighters is gonna magically make them NFL/NBA-tier rich Those revenue shares come from negotiated definitions meanwhile UFC/WWE numbers are basically outside estimates. NFL and NBA also have massive TV deals and barely any real competition. A union might just be negotiating how to split a bigger pie AND not actually making the pie bigger. Half the biggest athlete paydays came from antitrust lawsuits NOT UNIONS. NFL free agency is a prime example. The UFC's real advantage is that fighters have nowhere else comparable to go besides the carny circuit like Duel Area fighting meme e-celebs. You don't fix a labor monopoly just by forming a union. You need actual competition for fighter talent or the UFC still holds most of the cards but sure keep pretending collective bargaining alone is gonna solve everything.
>>21365687you absolutely bodied that jabroni kwab
>>21365687>he really thinks unionizing UFC fighters is gonna magically make them NFL/NBA-tier richthat wasn't the point, you made out as if unions are all corrupt and incompetent, despite those sport leagues being unionised and being far more popular than either ufc and wwe, and the unions doing well for them.>Half the biggest athlete paydays came from antitrust lawsuits NOT UNIONS. and unions are a vital part of reinforcing that, look at ufc, they're paid incredibly poorly despite an anti-trust lawsuit occurring.
>>21365780So you're gonna dismiss everything I logically threw at you like with the competition/revenue share issues and instead drone on emotional plea like some faggot redditor looking for upvotes. You're either a cattle brain nigger or delusional sociopath cultist either stop (you)'ing at me and kill yourself
>>21365812no because you're simply ignoring any objective benefit that unions have (working in concert with other forms of action) because you have a weird grudge against them, which is why you're getting so emotional and spazzing out right now.
>>21365829>no you're supposed to have a positive view about my stance even though we're arguing!Sociopath behavior
>>21361983they could have agreed to a tiered pay system with top guys still getting paid a lot more
>>21361832Immediately and I'm a big Ventura mark.
>>21366623Fucking retard
>>21364440>socialism is bad!>the market should be in the hands of the public!Who else but all forms of socialist says that (thing X) should be in the hands of the public?
