Notice how boomers never complain about their era's wrestler stomping their feets while throwing a punch but throws a hissy fit for thigh slapping? I'm noticing
>>
The punches sounded heavier and it looked more real than thigh slapping

You were the last person to find out ya brainlet

absolutely not

Thigh slapping is fake and phony but stomps are loud and cool.
>>
No one had problem with thigh slapping in itself. It’s the fact that there is a certain demographic that has a Pavlovian response to hearing them. And bad wrestlers can and have spammed thigh slaps to get instantly over with that demographic. Unfortunately those people want to control the online conversation of what good matches are.
Sorry kiddo, your spot fest where over half of everything is botched isn’t the best match of all time because they made the noise you like a lot.

The stomp looked like it powered the punch, not covered for it.

I don't think boomers are still watching wrestling dude
>>
There is nothing wrong with thigh slaps, there's a lot wrong with overusing them.

The stomp gave them extra power in kayfabe. Secret technique known only to based wrestlers.
