Did anyone ever tell Sting in a promo that they were going to give him the same fate as Brandon Lee? Seems like such an easy shot. At peak WCW it would have been too soon but maybe in TNA?
I assume Rock would mock Surfer Sting and Crow Sting in promos that will live on in memory for decades, but doing the clean job in the actual match to make up for it.But it wouldn't matter in the long run because Triple H would be the next feud for Sting and Sting would also lose the match retroactively making the Rock promos look worse on him in retrospect.
