Unfortunately he did rock the boat hard enough for Elizabetha to lose balance and fall. He offered her his hand. "Let me help you up, Captain."A bit later Elizabetha was studying a sea chart while James was rowing the boat at an impressive speed. From what she could tell there were three islands they could reach before night. Part of her wanted to ask James if he had any opinion since she didn't know much about any of them but she decided against it. As captain she had to learn to make her own decisions.In the end she made her choice and checked the compass to make sure they were on course."Okay mister, you've been rowing long enough.
