Last Time on 3rd Born Son:

The Latterborn chose to escape with their loot rather than risk venturing deeper into the Doom in search of Brightroar. During their escape, they lost many of their number and almost the whole of the expedition to an apparition of the Many face God, a Thing that sought to have them take on the debts owed by those within the doom.

With Jason's lead, the Latterborn denied the debt and managed to escape, only for Asha and Jason to be cast into the boiling sea of Old Valyria. Miraculously, they awoke off the shores of Tolos safe and sound, where they made the decision to walk the demon road to return to Volantis.

On the way there, they stopped at Mantarys, where they discovered a branch family of the Blackfyres ruled over the forgotten city of mutants and the twisted of form, the Lady of Blackscales rules. Haenora Blackfyre, daughter of Maelys Blackfyre, was informed about the fate of her father, and became distressed.

x

“Sers,” you said, standing from your knee and holding your arms out “I must tell your lady the truth, but it is a harsh one, one that she will need support to bear.” You say, looking at each of the black cloaked men, then to Lady of Blackscales with your kindest eyes “Please, search me for weapons or threats as is your duty, but allow me to step closer, so I may support your lady in this telling.”

Asha looked at you with a mixture of confusion, astonishment, and the annoyance only a spouse could hold for their partner.

“No, no, y-you can stay away, Just…I d-don’t need,” The lady said, the imperial tone she had before gone, and the scared woman lost to time was laid bare.

Balarys, the black cloak closest to the Lady, stepped forward and took a knee, gently placing a hand on her shoulder. She seemed to calm, though her breath still showed signs of panic. He then looked at another Black cloak and nodded, who returned the gesture. The second black cloak stepped forward, his hand on his sword, which looked to be a curved blade meant to fly out of one's sheath with ease and speed. You had no doubt that if a man were to charge any one of them, or their lady, Seven forbid, their blades would see their work before the attackers heard the grind of metal on leather.

He searched you, and removed any weapon he could find. He was thorough, doing his duty well as he found every weapon that had been on your person, and even a few knives that Asha had managed to somehow hide on you without your knowledge. You did not show your reaction, but you reasoned that you would have to speak to her about those hidden knives at some point in the future.

Once you were given the all clear, you were escorted by the Black cloak to the Lady of Blackscales, his hand at his blade ready to cut you down. Their willingness to allow you this close showed the short history of the order, the untouched nobility and trust that could only be fostered when taught how only to be an ideal knight. Your father might have considered this a weakness, a vulnerability to exploit, instead you could only feel happiness that so far from the stories of your home you could find such chivalry.

You came to her side, a woman whose world was collapsing around her, whose reality had been upended by an unknown history and truth. “My lady,” you said, placing a gentle hand on her shoulder. For a brief instance, you felt the texture of smooth scale beneath her silks.

She pulled away as if your touch was wild fire, pulling into herself “ No, take him away, I don’t wish to-“

“Your father Maelys Blackfyre,” you began, cutting her off as you hand gently found her shoulder again, showing no fear or hesitation “is not known well in the Seven Kingdoms, however from what I have seen here I can piece together what occurred from both what I know, and what I suspect. Daemon Blackfyre the 5th did something to garner your father’s ire, I do not know what, but it lead to your father slaying Daemon.” You said, and watched the woman’s shoulders slump as a dream died “After that, he took command of the Golden Company and found Allies with other crown seekers. Together they became known as the Nine kings, though the seven kingdoms derided them as the Ninepenny kings. They were united by purpose, promises to help one another gain kingdoms, and perhaps deeper things still. However, they met their defeat in the step stones attempting another Blackfyre invasion.”

“No!” Lady of Blackscales said, surging forward and grabbing you shirt, shaking you in a panic as you looked at her with sympathy “No, grandmother had no plans like that. The golden Company yes, but no other crown seekers. It would have been the Golden Company, a vanguard of Faceless Men, a dozen other companies of sell swords, a hoard of Unsullied, there were even whispers that a distant aunt may bring to bear a Dothraki Khal.” She said, the scale of the planned invasion making your brows rise “And at its center, My Lord Husband Daemon and I, with our Black Cloaked Kingsguard, and the wealth of Valyria flooding our forces and turning the lords of Westeros. My father would have led a great host, all according to my grandmother's plans! You lie, my father would not go without these things!”

You placed your hands on hers, squeezing them to show your sincerity “I do not know what became of your Grandmother’s plans, only that they did not manifest. To the world, Maelys was the last Blackfyre, or at least the last Male Heir. He met the combined might of the Seven Kingdoms, and fell in battle against a Knight by the name of Barriston Selmy… Most believe your family to be extinct, and lost to time.” You say, your words feeling cruel but needing to be said.

Devastation. That was the only word that could describe the pools of violet that were searching your own for deception. They found none, and you saw beneath the veil of silk tears begin to fall, and you ignored the scales you saw around her eyes and the feeling of serpentine flesh beneath the silk gloves she wore. Her head fell, eyes cast down to the earth as the sound of a dying animal rose from inside her. You could not fathom her pain, her loss, or her disappointment in the life that had abandoned her.

Then, you could not fathom the rage as her gripped tightened on your collar, sharp finger talons cutting through the fabric of your tunic as she began to stand and soon show how much taller she was than you “Liar, you’re a liar! An agent of BloodRaven! An acolyte of our greatest enemy, of the betrayer, of Bittersteel’s obstacle!” She said, her voice rising as a feral tinge came with her words.

Asha rose to her feet, and froze as the entirety of the Blackfyre Guard took battle stance, all ready to bare steel.

Balarys stepped closer to the raging woman, as you tried to find the words to calm her “My Lady please, you must calm yourself. I do not thi-“

“The Pitt, yes send him there, until he confesses, until he tells me the truth.” She said, letting you go and dropping you to the ground.

You landed, standing tall as you tried to speak “My last, I do not lie. You must believe me, why else would your father not return?” You said, then was pulled back by a black cloak before a strike from the Lady of Blackscales cut open your face.

“Silence! My father wouldn’t abandon me, he wouldn’t leave me all alone.” She said, her voice shaking, quivering as the Black cloaks pulled you away just as much for your own safety as to follow their Lady’s orders.

“Go, take them away, Brothers.” Balarys said, standing between the Lady and you and holding her close “Be calm my Lady, we are here for you. I am here for you.” He said from behind his helm, holding the shaking woman and whispering as she broke down in tears.

“Come, we must leave her until Balarys can calm her.” One of the Black Cloaks said, Asha and you were taken away from the room.

“I did not mean to cause her so much harm, we’ll leave so she may find peace.” You said, then noticed that the Black Cloaks did not take you back the way you came but deeper into the Manse.

“My apologies Ser, what you tried to do was noble, but…our Oaths are clear. We were given orders. Until Balarys can calm our lady down, you will be placed in the Pitt.”

“That’s bullshit! She’s crazy, fuck your damn oaths you fucking cowards! Let us go!” Asha said, thrashing and pulling and nearly toppling the Black Cloak holding her until he repositioned and overpowered her.

“Hey, do not harm her! Ser Knight, you must release us. We have done nothing to deserve this treatment. We can even prove our words to the lady, do as honor dictates.” You said, trying and failing to exert your power to escape.

“Our honor lies in our Oaths to abide by our Liege’s orders, as all true knights. “ he said, Sounding as if the words were a struggle to speak.

“Then send someone to Volantis, find the Latterborn, find my brother Tyrion. They can prove our words, they can prove our innocence!” You said, as they pulled you below the floors of the manse, to a dark place below.

X

“Go brother, venture further than any of us ever have. An injustice is set to occur, one that will curse our name and the name of the Queen we swore to serve. We cannot stand against her orders, but we can act. Go to Volantis, Valenor, and get the proof our guests need. Find the Latterborn, find Tyrion Lannister. Pray to The seven dragons, pray to the seven who are one, that he has the proof we need. Find the truth of what happened to our Lord Maelys, find out the fate of our teacher, the Man who Knighted us.”

Valenor took off that night, the smallest of the Black Cloaks and so the one of their number who could mount a horse. He tore through the lands of always summer, a mission, a quest, the honor of his order on the line.

Had the lives of two innocent people not weighed his soul, he would have been overjoyed. He owed his name to the god of travel of old Valyria, and he owed his knighthood to the warrior and maiden. Now he charged forth, and sought to do honor to all, and to make this worth of the Black Book maintained by their order.

The slavers and Dothraki he left in his wake stained the earth red, as one of the Black Demons of the Demon Road rode on.

X

Haenora tore through the letters and missives left behind by her grandmother and father, searching for something she had never seen before, information she had missed all the times she had read them before. Some were ripping, falling apart after so many years of her handling them. No it couldn’t have been years, was it?

Did they abandon her? Did they leave her branch to rot away? Had her father ruined everything? No, he was a dutiful son, one who never stood against the Matriarch of The Blackfyres, who was a dutiful son. Even when her grandmother died, the plan continued on, until that damned letter from her Daemon.

“My Lady, please you must rest.” Balarys said, stepping aside as a lock box was thrown across the room “Haenorah! This is unbecoming!” He said, stepping forward to grab her wrists before she through another case of letters.

“That right, I’m unbecoming! I’ve never been the proper lady!” She cried out, her silks removed as only Balarys was trusted to see her “Too emotional, too stupid, too monstrous to be a Blackfyre. They abandoned me, all of them, leaving me alone, leaving a horrid mistake to rot away in shame.” She said, trying to pull from Balarys’ grip, to unleash her emotions “No, no no no, he’ll come back!” She screamed out, her mind having been flitting between both horrid realities.

Balarys tried to weather this storm, tried to help guide his Lady to the truth. She tattered from the reality of being left behind, that her tears had lead to everything unraveling, or continuing to live a failing lie that promised only loneliness. He could only do so much, could only give her so much. He held her against his chest, his armor left behind, both of their artifice removed only with each other “Haenorah, please, you have to let him go, stop letting that boy hurt you. Accept your father loved you,”

She buried her face in his chest, malformed yet somehow perfect for her she found all these years “NO! Silence, I’ll cut out your tongue!” She cried shrilly, meaning none of it as she struggled to escape and fought to find comfort in his arms “He’ll come back, the plan…the plan can’t be dead, I was born for it.”

“I know My lady, by precious Haenorah. I know.” He said, sitting on the ground and keeping her close as she sobbed, hoping to navigate this mood to save the two held below. “You were born for so much more…”

X

You say in the large circular pitt that was your cage, one of many beneath the Manse. Asha was held somewhere else, though you hopped the Black Cloak that had left with her treated her well. As well as yours did you, a cevasse board between the both of you with multiple games shared. He was better at it than you, though you had earned a few victories when he had been forced to fight on your terms, namely around your forts when you had the time to prepare them for attack. “You are a predictable tactician Jason,” Camithor said, his third arm resting as he thought over his next move.

“But effective when allowed, I take it?” You said with a smile, ignoring the shackles connecting you to the wall.

“Yes, should I ever have to take a city blessed by your focus and time, I shall have to pray to the seven that the war is not lost by attrition and siege alone.” He said, moving his dragon forward.

There was an animalistic yawn on the other side of the pit, making you antsy before you maneuvered your archers to cover your ballista. “I hope I have the opportunity, and my fate leads to me being something besides Lion food.” You said, eyeing the massive white lion resting. It was twice the size of a westerland lion, and its muscles made the well fed cousins look pitiful by comparison. “Those things roam the Dothraki sea?”

“Were it not for the few Dothraki brave enough to hunt them, they would rule it uncontested. Keeping one was something the old Matriarch did, a luxury to help her pride.” Camithor said, hesitating to move his dragon forward to the pass you had fortified. While Your archers could threaten his dragon at close range, the dragon could move and destroy such a unit easily by positioning itself outside that range. However, the ballista they guarded could strike at that range, and its inner range where it was ineffective was covered by the archers.

Had he been faster, perhaps he would have been able to take the pass with ease before you had set up your defenses, but as it stood he would lose his dragon while yours remained safely behind your lines. His only real option was to send forces into the pass, where the ballista could not be used to try and take the pass or slay your archers, but your dragon would be able to move and devastate his forces before he could set up his own Ballista, which took a turn to set up.

He instead moved his knights east, towards another pass you had not had the time to fortify, splitting his army as his knights and dragon went south while his main forces held yours at the pass.

(Cont)
>>
>>6427116
You let out a curse, mobile warfare a weakness of yours as now you had to decide whether it was worth moving your dragon east to intercept the enemy army and risk a dragon battle, or try and push from your position to terrain that favored your enemy. There was also the possibility of trying to double down on your current strategy, to fortify your position and weather his assault on your positions until you could strike out from a position of strength.

You bit on your knuckle, Camithor chuckling from behind his helmet as he crossed his arms, proud to have once more carved an advantageous position against your playstyle. He then looked up at a series of candles placed high above, and measured them in his mind before letting out a curse in high valyrian “Ah, it is time for a shift change. We will have to continue this game another time, Lord Jason.” He said with a nod, standing up and packing away the game, leaving marks that could be cleaned later where pieces had been.

You smiled, leaning back with a sigh of relief “Well It works for me, gives me time to consider how to respond. You truly have a knock for tactics Ser Camithor, why I think you may even have talent enough to best my father given time to gather experience.” You said, earning a grateful bow of the head from the knight.

“You honor me lord Lannister, though I am just a simple knight, I do not imagine I will lead armies any time in my life.” he said humbly, heading towards the cage door behind the White Lion, the beast not reacting as the Black cloak walked by and brushed its mane.

“You never know, one day Mantarys will be a shining Jewel the world will have to marvel. I can see it in the streets and people, there is great potential and hope here. It will need great defenders and noble people to protect it. I believe it has them to spare.” You said, smiling as you saw the Knight hesitate at the gate, and then leave. Your words had affected him, and though they were true you knew it was no less a manipulation.

The more they felt duty demanded one thing from them, the more they would resist the contrary. You remembered how you aunt Genna would have you Frey cousins do her bidding to prove their better nature, or how quickly ruffians would act like nobility with the coaxing of your uncle Gerion. You smiled, hoping that you were never proven wrong about the desire in most men’s hearts to live up to the example of Chivalric tales of old.
(Cont)

>>6427117
Returning to your predicament, there was the pitt, the cage, and the cell door that lied behind the white Lion. You had your armor still, you had even your weapons as well. They had not taken your possessions, as they did not feel you should be a prisoner. This gave you options, you thought as you examined the valyrian knife in your pocket, then the stone of the dungeon you rested in.

It was clean and well maintained, but not Valyrian in design. It was made of quarried stone, brick and mortar, and reinforced with iron bars and bolts. Meaning it suffered from time and erosion like all mundane structures. Your eyes glanced to the point where your shackles connected to the wall, and knew that there was a slight looseness to it that had been missed by less discerning eyes. Given time, you could remove it from the wall easily.

The problem was what came after. The White Lion stood as a guard you had no doubt, one kept on its own chain that could not reach you as long as you stayed within a specific area of the cell and did not agitate it. Behind it was the only cell door out. Managing to escape would be difficult with such an obstacle.

You paused and closed your eyes, hearing the sound of cursing and shattering plates in the faint distance, your heart warming at the distant confirmation your wife was still fiery and unbroken. You trusted the Black cloaks to do their best to make her stay comfortable, and she would do her best to make each second she was in chains a curse upon them.

You opened your eyes, and considered. They had sent one of their own to find your brother and the Latterborn, to bring others back and confirm your story and aid the lady of Blackscales in calming her mind and accepting his misfortune. However, there was no guarantee that would work, and a part of your mind whispered that you still did not know which side of the coin Haenora had landed on when the gods saw her birth. Did such a saying apply to the Blackfyres? They were of dragon blood just like their rivals the Targaryens, yet they were also different. You knew that the saying was an oversimplification, that the history of each mad Targaryen was more than just they had been born wrong.
(Cont)
>>
>>6427118
But then you also considered if you even could escape? Could you pull it off, could you manage the feat of breaking free of your chains, getting around the lion, opening your cell, finding your wife and freeing her, then escaping from the pitt and the Blackcloaks? There were many what ifs, and unknowns. You had survived the doom, a far harsher place than this, but there were different rules here, and survival could not be won simply by will alone.

>>Begin working the chains, and wait between the changing of the guards to whittle it until you can see your chance to escape.

>Lean back and consider your strategy for your next game with Camithor, and use this as a chance to try and improve your strategic and tactical mind for warfare, or at least get better at Cevasse.
We have a Mantaryan knight rushing for Volantis to contact Tyrion, AND Victarion headed the same way - so idunno, there's cavalry coming and going for us. Jason is more exceptional than people think, but he can't tangle with a white lion, probably can't evade the keep's guards. I think we should rely on Asha rescuing us (a solid possibility) or simply allow for our various sympathizers to ameliorate the situation. In the meantime we could stand to become a better tactician, it'll pay off later when the wars cook off across Westeros.
>>
>>6427119
>>Other?
Well we need to tell them that the Targ's are dead/gone and that the Lannisters had a major part in that. Robert is now the King.

Then we need to make sure Asha is okay and not making the situation worse. Ask if we can see her and convince her to not try and stab the guards at the earliest opportunity; she will absolutely make an escape attempt. I know they must obey their orders to keep us down here in The Pit, but simply moving a prisoner from one cell to another whilst "inspecting the old cell for signs of meddling" isn't breaking their vows.

Lastly, while we're stuck here, we might as well try to make some value out of it. Try proposing the negotiation points to the knights and see what they think. They obviously can't speak on their lady's behalf, but we can ask how they think she'd feel about some of our ideas. Setting up a trade agreement with Tyrion could greatly benefit both parties, and also prevent another fiasco like this from happening since the Blackscales would begin getting news from the rest of the world when their merchants travel to Volantis.
Alternatively we could try to demonstrate value by offering our expertise in construction and begin drafting plans on how to help improve Mantarys.

I loled at Asha somehow sneaking knives onto Jason without him ever noticing or being the wiser to those kinda antics of hers. Good confirmation that Jason specializes in siege and defensive warfare too as previously suspected by anons. So Jason can into warfare and commandship but is highly specialized.

I wonder if we can request if our lady wife be moved closer per any chance? I'm not sure how fast Tyrion can get here, even if he will be most welcomed on account of being a dwarf.

>>6427135
It might be better to leave the trade negotiations to Tyrion. Although anons did hash out the rough terms and plans for it last thread to be brought up.
>>
>>6427136
>leave the trade negotiations to Tyrion
Oh absolutely. Nothing would get signed on papers until the whole situation has cooled down. This would probably just be Jason getting an idea of how they would feel about the proposition, and learning about what they need vs what they can offer.

Even from a prison cell, he'd be pursuing what Tywin would advise him to do lmao.

>Asks for the guards to "give a quick check to the other cells in case of middling" while taking us to Asha, and try to convince her to be nice
>Tell Camithor to talk with Balarys, to tell him that when the Lady is a little more calmed down, we can tell her a little about modern history, and hint about the Targaryen's fate, to try and cheer her up a little

If Lady Blackscale gets a little curious about our proposal and hoping to know about the fate of the Targaryen, we can then maybe offer her our services for some reconstructions or planning for the city. To me it's more appropriate if we do it in person instead of through one of the guards.

But uh, she isn't going to have the great trust we do in Honour.

We really want to do a long discussion with her. So much to talk. But we shall wait for when she is ready. If she doesn't trust us still, perhaps hearing rumors in Volantis and buying books there could be a way for her to learn on her own ?
>Also a small request : give us some paper and ink. We have an active mind, and we are interested in making some architectural projects on paper. And some romantic poetry to narrate and deliver to Lady Asha, so she becomes more calm.

You know I hope Sandor doesn't overreact when he comes down here with Tyrion. Thankfully he does keep a pretty cool head and can behave himself most of the time.

Valenor seems very honorable, i think the guy will win them over. Its really Haenorah the issue. Haenorah just need to kind of move over this, accept it.

i have a way for her to do that. Haenorah didn't just lose her father, but also her future husband who turned to be a piece of shit. Hearing of Jason sending to his wife romantic poetry while in a cell, its the exact kind of thing that will move her out of her funk and make her interact with Arya and then us.

As of now we just have to wait and let cooler minds prevail, Lady Blackfyre's guards seem like proper knights that won't let harm befall Jason.

Barristan the Bystander catching strays.

Unironically kinda funny a few mutated descendents of Old Valyria are showing Duncan the Tall levels of honour when they are perhaps the furthest from Andal culture as you can get. Puts most knights in Westeros to shame
>>
>>6427362
To be fair, every single one of them is probably drinking some serious idolatry kool-aid. They are trying to fulfill their ideas of what a knight SHOULD be in a land that has no knights to compare themselves to. It's kind of like a dude swearing he is going to be a great samurai after reading like two examples of bushido and giving his 110% to be as much like he dreams samurai are. If they were actually born and lived in Westeros and saw how these "noble" knights tend to behave they'd probably not take the idea of honor and duty quite so seriously. Small blessing I suppose that Essos is full of absolute shitheels with no concept of chivalry.
>>
>>6427371
True... Knighthood in westeros is mostly a political appointment after all, and it is rare to find a true knight. Currently in the story only Brienne of Tarth is embodying those ideals in Westeros and in the past even Duncan was more of an anomaly than anything. Not one soul in a Tourney of Knights stepped up to Brightflame but him.

Honour in such a world is still hard to come by, even tho they are trying to fulfil an ideal that isn't there it is commendable.

I would probably say that they should at least know of how most knights act tho, considering Blackfyre history of getting fucked over and over again (even before the war of the ninepenny kings)

They are a mixture of Old Valyrian and Westerosi culture. In their eyes, the Blackfyre's are a Dragonlord Dynasty. They also style themselves as the Queensguard counterpart to the iconic and highest ideals of Knighthood that is the Kingsguard. So they would hold themselves to extremely high standards just to prove their legitimacy.

Keep in mind they apparently still abide by the Valyrian god worship.

>>6427380
They're based in Essos and their most common foe is slavers and Dothraki. Not to mention hearing about what happened to the Blackfyres. The only reason we were given any kind of leniency was due to being Westerosi and not judging them as despicable mutants. Keep in mind how Jason interacted with them upon seeing and meeting them for the first time. He treated them normally and even honorably, which would have had them shocked and stunned. Jason might be an autist but his brother is also a fellow 'mutant' since he is a dwarf. So Jason was never prejudiced against them and since they aspired to be knights treated them as such despite being in Essos. Thereby acknowledging their hard work and sacrifice thus proving themselves.

They only feel discouraged because there are no wars to fight officially to prove themselves and they fear for their Blackfyre saviors. As without them, they would be without a Dragonlord and risk degenerating. This is an especially worrisome threat to such knights, especially those as dreadful as the Queensguard. Hence why they are being so lenient to Jason a normal man and high noble who truly acknowledges them that they hope can help salvage the Blackfyres. Given Jason being able to introduce a trade partner and even help with infrastructure, there is a very good chance he can do just that, assuming Lady Blackscales doesn't completely succumb to madness. Which is their biggest concern, followed by no heirs.

Jason's angle on the other hand is much more questionable and upsetting his wife with his foolishness. However Jason is an Adopted Dragonlord and the Blackfyres can potentially really aid his twin brother Tyrion. Jason also doesn't underestimate the Blackfyres despite being Matrilineal now, given his taste in women. He just understands that Westeros especially now wouldn't ever consider them but in Essos they're still useful.

I really doubt these guys are deeply considering the benefits that Jason could bring their liege.

Their internal monologues and actions really paint them as naive in the political sense and more concerned with their personal honour and the ladies conduct.

They indeed seem to take after Daemon Blackfyre himself in that regard. He too was a honourable fool just like Ned Stark

I deeply prefer an honourable fool to an ignoble schemer.
The world would run smoother but bloody with the Fool

I just throwed a cool name but its not too tall in my imagination). 2 A written and drawn study for reform the current closed agriculture spaces of Mantarys (this might be key for ensure tpopulation growth) 3 A written and drawn study for new fortifications for the city that uses the terrain to its full advantage, and made for stand modern siege warfare.

Removed talk of husbands, Since she already has a man and doesn't seem like the sort to truk with a husband for marriage and a Paramour for love.
Removed sending a rider, they already did this and frankly paying for what you already have is bad practice.

I mean, the deal is nice and all but they imprisoned us even if it was done in emotional distress. We can probably get a lot more concessions out of them to "right that wrong" as honour demands. I am sure Tyrion will help buff out those details

imo we shouldn't have offered any marriage stuff anyways, they dont know us so it would be rude. (a side note, don't think Balarys and Lady Blackfyre are romantically involved, it seemed more like a father-daughter type of relationship to me)

>Keep in mind they apparently still abide by the Valyrian god worship.

They actually practice a varient hybrid of the worship of the seven, one that i found interesting from the GoT mod for crusader kings.

The Faith of Dragons, it is rooted in the belief that the 14 flames were simply more diverse aspects of the seven, and by extension, further aspects of the One.

That's the crux of it. Their only example of Knighthood would be of the idolized Daemon Blackfyre, the progenitor of their house, along with the other honorable knights that Blackfyre blood produced. It's an ideal to live up to, and one that has been commonly kept by the males of the Blackfyre line, and from them to their squires.

We should do the Jason thing and say its water under the bridge, which would trigger them in a good way especially when Lady Haenorah understands the reality of things and that Jason&Asha only wanted to offer help and knowledge. They would then have to give us gift something due to the nobility of the gesture, which benefits us and improve our starting relation even more.

The agreement will be done with a good advantage afterwards thanks to this, and of course Tyrion mind. But I recon we would be fair still, since Jason is not against seeing Mantarys flourish.

Also the agreement was yet to be offered, so not one single point of it was mentioned. We are still at "explain late Targayens dynasty history, start of Baratheon dynastry and current world situation" part, but we are barely even started telling it. So we have a lot of talk to do still.

Good. I approve of the revising. I was thinking of doing it myself since i made that write-in and some stuff that happened now made those two points not necessary to do.
