With the Tournament of Power brought to a close, the Seventh Universe has emerged triumphant once more. Led by the Saiyan warriors, the Seventh's victory was secured. And with the wish on the Super Dragon Balls used to restore the other universes that were eliminated and erased, the final hidden trial was passed, and all eight of the universes up for elimination were allowed to remain. Yet, even with this victory, peace doesn't last in the Seventh Universe for long. As old hatreds rise and long-buried grudges resurface, will you have what it takes to keep everything you've worked the last 28 years of your life to build? Or will those who seek your end ultimately triumph? That all depends on you, and your choices. You the players will (most often) control Karn. >>6433835Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest: After seeing and facing Meloka's newfound power, Doom arrived from Universe 6 to New Salda. Accusing Karn of sending an assassin after him, revealing it to be none other than the time traveler Cumber. Once Doom learned the truth, that Karn wasn't behind that Saiyan's actions and that he'd even been attacked himself, Doom returned to his own timeline. Resuming his day, Karn and Meloka spent the next several hours training their students before Karn faced Koruza in the ring. Fresh off his adventure in the Demon Realm and sporting a powerful magical artifact called the Tertian Oculus, Karn faced and bested Demon God Koruza even with that artifact's powers. Then, once the battle was over Karn learned from his half-demon sons more of Granolah, and as we rejoin Karn, Broly has returned with his wife Koriand'r as she's starting to give birth.“Alright, you all heard the doctor. Give him room to work.” your wife says as she begins ushering everyone but Broly, Caulifla, and Dr. White out of the room. Seeing her step into action breaks you out of your momentary stupor and you aid her, clearing the overly-full medical bay of everyone who'd followed their brother and his wife in.“I'm gonna be an uncle?” Karn Jr. asks, to which you nod before answering.“Yes. Just like with your older brother Chilli's kids, Meloka Wolbach and Kazuburo, you'll be Broly's kid's uncle too.” you explain to your youngest son. His eyes wide, eagerly bouncing on the balls of his feet.“I'mma be an uncle! Again!” he shouts, rushing off down the hall. Clearly going to tell someone, but you're not quite sure who. “Should we tell Chilli? And Chaya?” Tatsu and Tomi asks simultaneously, the elder twins in perfect sync. “They should know too, right?”“Oooh, and Ticho! Let her know her cousin's about to be born!” Okira adds, you realizing you hadn't even considered Turles' daughter and Broly and Kori's child would be related. But instead of reaching out to your immediate family, you instead want to reach out to the most tenuous link. To the soon to be child's aunt, the one who kidnapped your twins. With a thought you reach out telepathically, to the queen of Tamaran herself. “Queen Komand'r, we need to talk.”“General Karn? What's a surprise.” she replies, her mind guarded but curious. “What brings you to me today?”“Just some news I thought you'd want to know.” you tell her, feeling her interest increase slightly. “Kori's with Dr. White now, giving birth as we speak.”And you can feel it, the sudden shock in her mind as she processes what you tell her. Can feel the chaos bloom in her mind, all her emotions surging forward all at once in a chaotic mess. But you don't pull back, maintaining the link even as the seconds tick by. “My sister. Will be a mother.” she finally replies, her mental 'voice' wavering. If she were speaking aloud, you're sure you could hear the tears in her voice. “My Kori.”“Yes. She's under the best care on the planet. And my daughter Caulifla's with them as well, to ensure nothing goes wrong. Between magic and science, her and the child will receive the best care possible.”“She'd be-!” Komand'r snaps, then stops herself. You can almost feel her sigh as she controls herself, then continues. “Good. That is good. Is... Is it a boy or a girl?”“I do not know. They didn't wish to know until the child was born. But once we know, I'll tell you. And let you see telepathically your niece or nephew.” you tell her, and you can feel the queen's emotions bloom again wildly.“I... Thank you, Karn.” she says, dropping your title and just using your name now. “You didn't have to tell me, and after what I did... For you to still tell me, still treat me so considerately. I am in your debt. Should you or they require anything, let me know. Anything within my power, I shall fulfill.”“We're on the same side.” you reply to her, feeling her sudden surprise. That even after everything you don't consider her an enemy to be handled. And you can almost feel something in her mind shift, and change. “But as for requiring anything, keep yourself safe. The enemy's already sent one manipulator after you, to turn you against us. They'll definitely try again.”cont
>>6433886“The enemy, huh? Do not worry, General Karn. I won't be caught so easily again.” she replies, a hint of bottled fury in her tone. “What I do with Kryat will... Dissuade anyone else from doing such a thing again. You need not worry about me. However, does... Does Ticho know? That she has a cousin?”“Yes, we're telling everyone now.” you tell her, feeling her relax a little more through the mental link. “She'll know.”“Good. I... If it is not too much of an ask, would like to meet them soon. This new child of royal Tamaran blood.” she says, you feeling the ask coming. “I would, if my sister allows it, to meet this child soon. I shall await your answer, once you've spoken with my sister and your son and they have decided. Thank you, General Karn. I appreciate your consideration. Your youngest two, Karn Jr and Okira have left, as have the elder twins Tatsu and Tomi.“Who did you reach out to?” your wife asks, brows furrowed in confusion.“Kori's sister, Queen Komand'r.” you tell her, your wife raising a brow. “We've had our differences, but that's her family too in there. She should know her family's getting bigger too.”“That's a good idea.” Chaya says, your eldest daughter having appeared at some point while you were talking with the Tamaranean queen. “Who knows, maybe that might be the first step in fixing things between her and us?”“We can hope.” you reply, then hear a scream through the medical bay's shut door. Immediately taking a step towards it, rushing over to help before stopping yourself. Reaching out and grabbing your wife, who'd also rushed forward as well as Chaya. Stopping either from getting to the door and interrupting either. “Easy, let's let them work in peace.”“I can't stay here, not listening to that.” Chaya says, wrapping her arms around herself. “Let's get outta here, give them some room. If they need us, we're not more than a thought away.”“Right.” Meloka answers her, you all starting to move from the hall outside the door, to give Dr. Whice, Caulifla, Broly, and Kori space while they bring your newest grandchild into the world. Because this isn't just a tournament for some prize.” she says, grin widening. “I'm hosting a tournament to find a husband! Gonna call it the 'Bachelor Tournament'.”“A Bachelor Tournament?” Koruza asks, your half-demon son looking thoughtfully at her. “Well, there is precedent in the Demon Realm, however it is usually the Demon Kings who host such to find a suitably powerful enough mother for his heirs. I suppose it wouldn't be too out of place for a champion known for her strength to hold one as well.”“Are you sure about that?” Meloka asks, looking at Chaya with a concerned look. “Do you really think this is a good idea? Offering yourself as some sort of prize?”“Why not? King Vegeta did it, and he and Queen Cenoria always looks happy.” your daughter answers, you remembering back to that tournament with a small smile. Remembering how it wasn't necessarily the strongest who won, but the one who impressed the king the most with the right virtues. “When he's not exhausted anyways.”“I-” your wife starts, then stops. Unable to articulate a retort to that, slowly closing her mouth and crossing her arms, thinking quietly to herself. “Hmmm.”“GRYAAAAAAAAH!” Koriand'r screams through the door, everyone taking a step closer before stopping short again. With a moment's effort, it taking a half-second longer than usual you transform, ascending and growing massive as you raise your hands, catching her stomp with a grunt. Only for Nappa to come flying in, landing a flying kick that staggers her back. Ticho staggering back one, two, three steps before catching her balance, focus turning back to him as she roars in challenge. “I will. Just wanted you to know first, man. Welcome to the family.”“Heh. Crossing over the forest, flying down to your city, then dropping out of the air and landing beside your home. Staggering a step as you land, reaching out and grabbing onto one of the ramp's hydraulics, steadying yourself. Realizing you're even more tired than you thought, pushing off it and walking up the ramp. Heading inside and shuffling to your room, walking over and collapsing on the bed. And before you even realize what happened, you find yourself blinking, yawning.“H-Huh?” you whisper, looking around blearily. Finding Meloka asleep on one side, Towa on your other. You don't even remember falling asleep, but you clearly did. Neither Meloka or Towa stir as you wake, laying there in the quiet by yourself. Closing your eyes, you relax. Gently holding the two women to your sides, sighing out and relaxing. You take the time to lay there and rest, but unfortunately it doesn't last long. You're resting for no longer than a minute before someone reaches out telepathically to you.“My lord. Are you awake?” Haathe's voice echoes in your mind as she thinks to you.“I'm awake. I was wondering why you suddenly started doing more.” he says, understanding in his eyes as he looks to you. Only for his son to wake up, crying out.“WAAAAAAAAH!” Karand'r shouts, Broly immediately turning his attention from you to his kid.“Shhh, shh, it's okay. Dad's got you.” Broly whispers, gently rocking his son. The young boy calming almost immediately, settling down in seconds. Broly looks to Kori, who is still asleep. He sighs out, gesturing to the door with his head. You nod, walking out of the room with him. The door closing with a hiss behind you both, you walking side-by-side with your son in the early morning quiet of the hallway. Only for him to suddenly stop, holding his son out gently towards you. “Do you want to hold him?”-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 263 paused-
>>6434131And that's it for tonight, everyone enjoying this episode so far? What do you think of young Karand'r, do you have high hopes for a half-Tamaranean who could potentially be a Berserker? With only a few days left until the Granolah fight, do you think you're ready? Or do you need more time to prepare? And will you get more time, or have the interruptions this week only just started? Find out when Saiyan Conqueror Quest continues in just under 12 hours at noon EST!
>>6434133Berserker or not, that kid is gonna have a hard time keeping his emotions in check. I can only hope he learns to control them without repressing them, lest to he grow to resent his own nature like his father did for a time.As for Granolah, I'm confident we can take him, IF it's just him.
>>6433928>“You're family.” you tell her simply. “My grandchild will be your niece or nephew. That makes us family now.” I’m very curious how things unfold from here. Let’s just say that contacts in the past were not smooth.>>6434032>Turles Primal.pngLooks cool. I wonder why is he having such an unique color when transformed? He has purple fur and eyes. Does it gives his version of Primal transformation some unusual qualities that are different from “normal” Super Saiyan 4 transformation? Or is this just alternate color, that does not change anything?I mean we know Turles can endure a lot of damage. His time spent with Komand'r gave him this endurance, but is this in some way related to his different fur color? Is his different color a side effect of his body adapting to withstanding a lot of damage? Or is this just something more related to genetics that gave him different fur and eye color from other Saiyans in Super Saiyan 4 transformation?>Welcome to the family.”Very good.>>6434059>“I could feel you wake.” she replies, leaving you unsure how to feel about this. She hangs out with Raven. And will you get more time, or have the interruptions this week only just started?More time for preparation is nice and certainly appreciated, though will something else shows up to interrupt it too? These days a lot is happening at the same time.>>6434139>IF it's just him.I'm almost certain it will not be an honest 1 vs 1.>6434131>Broly whispersI’m curious is it possible for Broly to unlock Supreme Instinct too? Or is it not possible now because he took a different approach to Berserker transformation and combined it with Super Saiyan 4?And if he could reach Supreme Instinct, could he also achieve Lifehunt? I also wonder if he would want to get Lifehunt? Or maybe this is a power he would not want to have?
>>6434139Very true. However, emotional expression is the source of Tamaranean power. Expression makes them strong. We'll see.>>6434259Maybe this will be the turning point?>>6434259You would not believe how few Turles arts there are out there that don't also for some reason put him in his full armor. >>6434131“Yeah, of course.” you reply, gently taking your grandson. The boy's eyes opening, looking to you curiously. Only to smile, yawn, then nestle back against your chest. And as you look down at your newest grandson, you smile down at him. Holding your grandson close, feeling his tiny heart beating against yours.“So, have you checked his powerlevel yet?” you ask your son about your grandson, looking from one to the other curious.“Not yet. I was waiting for you.” he replies, you both walking to the supply closet. One with the crew's scouters, spare armors and uniforms, everything. Taking a scouter and holding it up, offering it to you. “Would you like to do the honors?”“I would be honored.” you reply, letting him put the scouter on you, and activate it. As he does you look down at your grandson. The machine beeps as it locks onto your grandson, who opens his eyes and looks up at you curiously. And as the machine finishes its scan, you let out a low whistle. “Well well. Looks like your son takes after his father.”“Well? What is it?” he asks, you smiling at your grandson who smiles back.“One hundred four thousand, five hundred and seven.” you say, Broly's jaw dropping as he hears the number.“A h-hundred four thousand?” he asks, shocked. To which you nod slowly, letting him take the scouter and scan his son himself. Clearly incredulous, as despite being able to sense his son's strength, the number still feels extraordinary. Especially considering Broly's son was born with a powerlevel an order of magnitude greater than his father's own. A massive generational jump in power. “Woah. That's... Amazing.”“Yeah. This little one's gonna grow up to be someone great.” you answer, looking into the boy's eyes. He holds the look, then nestles back against you, relaxing and falling back asleep almost immediately. >>6434301-you hear heavy footsteps approaching. Turning towards the source, you and Broly see none other than the Jiralhanae chieftain Tiveus Rivelus approaching.“Tiveus.” you say with a voice barely above a whisper, holding up a hand then gesturing to your sleeping grandson. The man nods, you gently passing your grandson to your son before walking over to the chief, gesturing for him to walk with you as you head back towards the exit. “What's going on?”“Need your help.” he says, still keeping his voice low until you both leave your home and are standing on the beach. “My people train, but most of them aren't seasoned warriors. The younger warriors have never even seen real combat, not outside of training and mock battles between us hosted here. They aren't ready.”“So. You want me to try and ready them for battle?” you ask, Tiveus shaking his head.“Not exactly. I want you to fight me.” he says, you blinking in surprise. “Not like a friendly match. But fight me seriously, as if we're both fighting to the death. My people need to see what real violence looks like.”“Are you sure?” you ask him as he takes to the air, flying off towards his city. You leap after him, keeping pace easily. “If I fight you without holding back, you'd die.”“I'm not saying don't hold back, we both know I cannot keep up with you while you're transformed. But my people need to understand. To see true, unrestrained violence in person. To understand what fighting to conquer, to live truly looks like.” he says, you nodding in understanding. “Will you show them?”“Of course.” you tell him, Tiveus sighing in strange relief. “However, just our fight won't be all I show.”“Hmm?” he asks, tilting his head towards you as his city comes into focus. “What do you mean?”“I mean, I also have another conquest I'm going on in a few days' time. I could have Vox send me a couple cameras, so your people can witness my battle with Granolah.” you say, and seeing his confusion continue. “A survivor from a species my people exterminated, many years ago. I will record this battle to the death as well, so your people can witness true violence. And how far they may have to go to ensure their people's survival.”“Thank you, General.” he replies, dropping down out of the air. Not in the city itself, but to the north. In an impromptu arena, which is really just a large crater with a levelled out bottom he lands in. Then, drawing his hammer, he takes his ready stance as he calls out. Not to you, but to his people.cont
>>6434350“Watch closely, everyone!” he orders as a crowd gathers, standing and hovering around the crater as you descend down as well into the shallow, wide crater. Landing across from Tiveus and taking your own fighting stance. “Witness true violence.”“Be careful Dad!” Caulifla, your daughter calls, you blinking in surprise and looking up. Seeing your daughter and her knight both are part of the crowd, no doubt here by Tiveus' request as well.“Come on, chief! You've got this!” several voices cheer, and from their tone you can tell these are some of the young warriors Tiveus spoke of. Focusing your energy and splitting yourself with the Multiform, splitting apart from one body, into two, into four. Only for three of you to lift up into the air, the remaining you retaking your fighting stance. The other three merge back together as you address him. “I can fight without worry when our strength is closer. Now, fight me like you mean it!”“HWROOAAAH!” he roars, hefting his hammer and charging. Leaping and swinging it down, you rolling under him. Letting his hammer slam behind you, his body absorbing the shock wave as you spring back up to your feet. Kicking back off towards him, he spins, trying to catch you on the way in with his hammer. But you were ready, flipping over it and landing a flying front kick to his face. Knocking him right off his feet and sending him flying back, smashing back-first into the crater wall. “GUUH!”“Hrmph!” you exhale as you land, gathering your energy into your hand. Creating a lance of ki, your Energy Javelin as you draw it back. Going for a lethal strike, throwing it at him. Only for him to activate his tech, a shield of bubble appearing and causing your lance to slam into it. Your energy piercing just into the bubble, but not reaching him. The chief then sprints out to the side, hammer sheathed on his back while letting your attack detonate harmlessly. Drawing a pair of pistols with heavy blades on their front ends, unleashing a barrage of spiked shots as he charges in. So, you activate your Dual Energy Blades, rushing in.Swinging your blades through the approaching shots, flipping and spinning through them until you both swing your blades. You adjusting your swing, not meeting his blades but cutting his pistol in half on the first swing. Twisting and driving the second into his sternum. He gasps in pain, dropping his weapons as his hands come up towards your arm. Clinging to you, not allowing you to draw your arm out yet. Coughing up blood, your other copy turning to Caulifla. She meets your gaze with a nod, flying down. You tear your hand free as he collapses, your daughter going to heal him. It only takes her a few seconds to heal him, Tiveus groaning as she repairs the damage then backs up. You go to him, reaching down and offering your hand. Which he takes, letting you pull him up to his feet.“THAT is what true violence looks like.” Tiveus calls out, addressing his warriors. “When we fight, there is no 'honorable' way to fight those who aren't our own kind. What matters is survival. General Karn knows this, you all witnessed how he attacked me with lethal intent. You must all learn to do the same. We only have weeks to train, to drill you all on how to do this.”cont
>>6434409“But how?” one of the younger warriors asks, brows furrowed. “How can we train that without hurting each other?”“I'm glad you asked. I asked for a favor.” he says, flying up and out of the crater. You and Caulifla follow, curious as he returns to the ground, then goes to another of his kind. Taking a vial, one you recognize immediately and smirk. Clever.“Dad, what's that?” Caulifla asks you telepathically. Clearly not recognizing the split vial, half with a liquid and the other half with green seeds.“Just watch.” you reply, also telepathically. “This will turn them from fighters into warriors.”Tiveus plants two dozen of the seeds, pouring out the growth-accelerating liquid atop them then steps back. And as you and the Jiralhanae all watch, the ground starts to tremble. You sense the power of the creatures surging as they grow, breaking free of the ground. New Salda's excellent soil growing powerful Saibamen as two doze of them rise from the ground.“Kekeke.”“Gyaaagh.”“Hryogh.”They all let out unnatural, almost avian screeches and growls as they rise up. The Jiralhanae fighters, having never seen them all recoil in surprise, Tiveus addressing his people.“THESE are who you will fight. And how you will learn to fight seriously, with intent to not only win. But to kill.” Tiveus says, then points to one of his men. “You. You're first.”“Me?” the one asks, pointing a finger at himself as Tiveus turns, pointing to one of the Saibamen.“You. He's your target. >>6434410“ATTACK!” you shout to the young Jiralhanae fighter, who freezes up for just a split-second. But then he moves, drawing his own bladed pistol and unleashing a barrage of automatic fire. Which doesn't slow down the Saibaman, but it forces it to bring its arms and legs up defensively, giving the fighter a chance to avoid its first attack. However, instead of moving to create distance, to stay at range, he immediately uses this opening to charge FORWARD. Shoulder charging the Saibamen before it can lower its guard, the heavy attack sending it flying back.“Keeeeeeh!” it screeches, flipping back in the air and landing on all fours as the Jiralhanae reloads his weapon. Only for the Saibaman to leap again, this time opening its head. Spraying acid from it at the man as he shoots, his shots dissolved into nothing. Forcing him to leap aside, narrowly avoiding the spray as he lands in a tumble. But he doesn't gracefully roll to his feet, instead ending up on his back and even losing his gun as the Saibaman lands, recovering and leaping again. Seeing it coming, he doesn't try to get up. Instead, reaching down to a weapon holstered on his leg. And as the Saibaman drops, the warrior waits until the last second, then draws the smaller weapon with a rounded disk-like area on the front end, and fires. Unleashing a scatter shot of explosive bolts, obliterating the Saibaman's head at near point-blank range. The headless corpse flops lifelessly atop the blooded warrior, the man covered in Saibaman juices as he lays there, blinking wide-eyed.“Good! Perfectly timed!” Tiveus tells the warrior, then addresses the other fighters as you recombine yourself back into one being. “What matters is only that your enemy falls, not how. There is no honor in dying before we claim our new homeworld. But you cannot lay there, as another enemy could take advantage of your weakened state. Now, you.”He then points to another, this one not hesitating and drawing their large grenade launcher from his back, its blade catching the early morning light as Tiveus sends another of them after this soldier. The Saibaman dodges the ranged weapons, getting in close only to also weave the weapon's blade. Leaping up and landing a powerful flying knee to the fighter's chin, staggering him back as it spins, the Saibaman chaining the attack into a spinning back left kick. Snapping the warrior's head back, staggering him another step and leaving him seemingly vulnerable as he drops his hammer. cont
>>6434465“KEEEEEEEEH!” it shouts, the Saibaman dashing in again. But as you watch the Jiralhanae grab a small spherical object, activating it. Thrusting his hand forward as the tiny creature lunges, tossing the grenade straight into its mouth. Where it sticks, the creature's eyes widening in shock as the grenade fills its mouth. The Jiralhanae then boots it back away from everyone, the Saibaman's scream muffled by the grenade before it detonates right there in its mouth. Obliterating the creature's head and half its torso in a burst of blue energy.“Very good! Excellent use of your tools!” Tiveus says, walking up and patting the warrior on the back, before turning to another. This time he points out two, sending two Saibamen to fight them.“You gonna stay and watch too?” Caulifla asks as the two on two match begins, one Jiralhanae wielding another heavy grenade launcher, while the other wields the same bladed pistol. Emboldened by their bretherens' battles, these two don't wait for the Saibamen to approach. Instead they charge forward, firing their weapons as they rush towards their foe.“Yeah. Can probably help give them some pointers, for the battle to come.” you tell her with a nod. “Besides, they need to get used to taking orders from me. And no better way to do that then for them to listen to my orders as they train. Like this.”You then breathe in, calling out an order to each of them.“You, with the pistol! Overhand slash down, left uppercut up!” you tell one, then to the other. “Swing your blade, then leap back as you fire your explosives. Use the blast to make range!”You watch as the one with the explosives hesitates a moment, but the other immediately does as you order. The Saibaman, leaning back to avoid the overhead is caught flush in the gut by the uppercut, the heavy blow launching the smaller foe for the Jiralhanae to light up with his fully automatic fire. While the other, after ducking a slash aimed at his eyes, springs back, shooting at the ground right below the Saibaman. Blasting him up tumbling into the air as well as the blast helps make distance, then unloads his weapon on the tumbling creature. His aim true, three grenades detonating one after the other against the tumbling body, ripping it apart. Meanwhile, the first leaps up after the one he uppercutted into the air, drawing his pistol back and swinging. Decapitating the creature, its body and head both falling limply to the ground. The two warriors land near one another, roaring in triumph.“Good! Well done.” you tell them, then address the group. “Now that the rest of you see what we're doing, time to teach you all how to REALLY fight to win!”-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 263 paused-
>>6434466And that's it for this weekend, everyone enjoy the ride? Ready to teach the Jiralhanae how to fight to win, how to survive the real war coming for them to claim their new planet? Do you approve of Tiveus' idea of using the Saibamen to help train his men, to teach them how to fight without holding back? All this and more, next time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!
>>6434467It's good to see this peaceful life on New Salda hasn't completely dulled their instincts. I imagine they'll sharpen up just fine, but that's not what I'm concerned about now. Their warriors had ample opportunity to ditch their tools for Ki attacks, so what gives? Are they just unable to externalize their ki naturally?
>>6434471We'll see if they can do the same against beings they didn't literally get seen grown out of the ground like plants.Yes, they can. But their bodies are inefficient with externalizing ki use. They've developed their own internal techniques instead, like a Kaio-Ken type boost, a speed enhancer, and even including a mild regeneration ability thanks in part to observing how Caulifla's magic heals their kind. They've learned how to mimic it, albeit to a lesser extent. They won't be winning any beam clashes, but they're not bereft of ki.
>>6434639I hope Tiveus and his people demonstrate all this to us then. Can't really train and strategize when you don't know what your force can actually do, right?Anyways, we still need to decide who else to take. I believe we should select a number of our students, specifically those who've actually been deployed as conquerors before.Having veteran Saiyans as NCOs would help to compensate for anything we can't solve in a month of training, which I guarantee will be more than a few things.
>>6434639any chance they have a berserker boost too. kinda like in halo 3 when they lose their armour.
>>6434653True. They will, but when you ask. This was about getting them ready to fight to kill, to WIN.As for who to take, good question. Having experienced fighters would be good, but also having the younger bloods learn how to lead, how a battle works with lower stakes for your own people might be a good idea too.>>6434937Yes, that's their power boost. >>6436084They're less designed as training dummies, but more expendable soldiers. -Saiyan Conqueror Quest 263 Intermission-AGE 780, PLANET NAMEK“There. Your friends should be alive again.” you say as the Dragon Balls take off, flying off in different directions. Hands in your pockets as Kale, the timid woman hiding the Berserker power within her cries in relief. Only for her to suddenly freeze up, eyes going wide. You immediately recognize the look of trauma, expanding your senses. And sure enough, there in the air you suddenly feel it. A spacial distortion, and a massive powerlevel coming through. As you watch, the hulking form of a Saiyan drops down, landing before you with a crash.“I-It's HIM!” Kale exclaims timidly, stepping back behind you in your long coat. Clearly terrified, and from what you saw from Vados, you understand why. This is a problem, the long-haired man with the same tail as the Seventh Universe Saiyans standing up. Looking as tall as Karn, when you faced him as he points at you. Kale squeaking timidly, trying to make herself smaller behind you.“You! You're strong. Fight me!” he shouts, clenching his fists. His aura, radiating with unfamiliar, sinister intent blazes up around him. But before he can fully power up you act, activating your Time Skip. Firing your Time Release, your shot hitting him straight in the heart before he can power up, or worse transform. Taking him down before he can even start a fight. And as time resumes its normal flow, his aura fades instantly. Eyes rolling back up into his head as he coughs up a spray of blood. But he doesn't fall, even actively dying he doesn't stop. Reminding you more and more of Karn, when in your first battle you'd literally killed him and he still DIDN'T STOP marching towards you. This Saiyan's aura suddenly blazes gold, a flash of energy blazing in his chest as he then drops to a knee. Gasping for air, very clearly still alive.“Run. Get Vados, and Champa.” you tell Kale, realizing that she doesn't stand a chance. And since your attack failed to stop him, this Saiyan'll probably adapt if you try again. So, instead you remain still, ready to activate your Tides of Time to stall him out. You are “Never Miss” Hit, the most dangerous and well-known assassin in the Sixth Universe. Being over a thousand years old, you've watched empires rise and fall, and have been making your living killing through it all. But these Saiyans, specifically the ones from the Seventh Universe, are a PROBLEM. And as Kale flies off, you watch the Saiyan closely. Ready for any underhanded trick he might throw at you for you trying to kill him. But he's not the clever type, instead slowly standing up. Almost offering his chest to you for another direct attack, as if daring you to take the shot as he gives you a bloody grin.
>>6436250“Nice shot, assassin.” he says through a bloody smile, turning his head and spitting blood. But never letting his eyes leave your own, clearly seeing you as a threat even as you put your hands into your pockets. “More. Show me! MORE!”He roars, golden aura blazing up even higher. Power surging, lightning crackling around him as his might suddenly rises by around eight times. He then surges forward, closing the distance in a blink. But too slow, as you'd already slipped into your Tides of Time. His fist passing through the image of you as you watch him from your parallel pocket of stored time.“What?!” he snarls, spinning from his heavy right overhand into a left backfist, then right straight into a left uppercut. None of his blows landing, as you're no longer in that reality. Clearly infuriating him, the savage Saiyan snarling words as he attacks. “Why! Can't! I! Hit! You?!”You stand there in your own dimension, watching him swinging helplessly against your intangible copy in that world. Drawing your right fist back, only for him to change techniques. Drawing his right back, suddenly his fist is clad in a spiraling cone of energy. The same attack as Karn's, your eies widening as he suddenly swings. And his fist, clad in that piercing spiral of sinister energy slams into the boundary, cracking the barrier and smashing INTO your dimension with his fist!“What?!” you exclaim, shocked he'd figured out a way through. But the now-eyebrowless Saiyan grins, grabbing the outer edge of your Tides of Time. Physically ripping the opening wider to the sound of shattering glass, forcing his way inside.“There you are!” he says with a grin, charging forward and opening with another heavy right. One which you can't dodge, can't avoid so are forced to block. Raising both arms in an “X” guard, his fist slamming into where your arms are joined. Feeling your left arm snap, your eye twitching as the blow sends you flying back. Smashing into the far boundary of your Tides of Time, smashing it and collapsing that dimension. Your body continuing to fly back, smashing into some of the native Namekian landscape before coming to stop back-first in a mountain.“Guh!” you cough, spitting up blood as you hang suspended in the rock wall. However, as you pull yourself free, a portal suddenly opens up before you. And stepping through is a face you remember, the metal clad face of your universe's last man standing in the Tournament of Power. “You.”“Never Miss Hit. I have need of your services. And will pay handsomely.” the King of Latveria says, only for the Saiyan to roar once more. Doom, turning his head sees the Saiyan, but then dismisses him as he turns back to you. Completely dismissing the Saiyan as his attention is on you. “What is your rate?”
>>6436254“You look strong. Fight me!” the Saiyan shouts, but you make your decision. Pushing yourself up to your feet, you meet Doom's eye.“I'll take the job. But let's discuss this somewhere else.” you say, brushing your coat off. And though you can't see it, you can FEEL the smile behind the metal mask.“Excellent. Come, to Latveria with me. We can discuss the details there.” he says, reopening his portal and stepping through. You follow quickly, even as the Saiyan roars.“DON'T IGNORE ME!” he roars, charging the portal. You step through and step aside, but Doom doesn't even acknowledge him. That is, until he reaches the portal right as it's the size of a dinner plate, sticking his hands in and GRABBING it! Stopping the portal from closing with raw strength, tearing it back wide open. “YOU FIGHT ME!”“What?” Doom says, clearly shocked by the display of power. Only for the roof of his building to suddenly explode as well, over a dozen other beings joining the fight. However, the big green one, Hulk, immediately sees the man and roars. Clearly recognizing a Saiyan, charging in.“YOU FIGHT HULK!” the one formerly known as Banner shouts, rushing over and swinging with a heavy right. One which the Saiyan matches, the clash of power sending out a shock wave. And to your surprise, even Hulk, the one who could MATCH the likes of Universe Seven's Frost equivalent Freeza, is sent flying.“What manner of monster is this?” Thor asks, spinning his hammer and launching himself at the monstrous Saiyan as well. “Have at thee, Saiyan!”And from here a full-blown battle breaks out, as these beings with strange powers, including one who can stretch himself and another who can seemingly ignite himself all try and attack Doom. But Doom doesn't seem worried, casually handling everyone else who tries to attack. Even the man who is also in a metal suit, but without the cape. This other group clearly expecting their heavy hitters Thor and Hulk to put more pressure on Doom, and not have them fighting this other being.“So, Doom, kidnapping American citizens, huh?” the armored man asks, hovering by Doom and stopping attacking a moment. Then, gesturing at Hulk and Thor both fighting the Saiyan simultaneously, then to you standing there. “Hit too? Making some kind of Legion of Doom or something?”He then turns to you, his red and gold armor gleaming.“Whatever Doom's gonna offer to pay you, I'll offer double for him.” the man, Stark says. You raising a brow but not reacting otherwise.“Despite what your ego says, Stark, not everything is about you.” Doom tells him, then turns to you. “But for now, how about I aid you in battling that Saiyan that attacked you?”
>>6436256“Hold on, that guy was after YOU?” Stark asks, turning from Doom to you in confusion. But then you can feel the shift in his demeanor as he addresses everyone. “Avengers, new plan! Stop the Saiyan first! We've gotta put big boy to sleep before he destroys the planet!”“RRRRAAAAAA!” Hulk roars, swinging a heavy overhand right that connects into a left uppercut, but as the warrior's knocked back he twists and fires a spinning kick to Hulk's head. Sending him flying back, smashing into the far wall as Thor channels his lightning, firing it directly into the Saiyan's chest as he lands on his feet“Taste the wrath of ASGARD!” he roars as the Saiyan bellows in pain, giving the metal man a chance to plant his feet, readying his own attack. Firing a massive blast of energy from the glowing energy source on his chest, however it doesn't slow the Saiyan. He powers through both attacks, charging them both only for Hulk to leap over his allies, slamming down onto him. Smashing them both down through the reinforced metal floor, the sounds of crashing coming down from below. Everyone else stopping, looking at the hole, then to Doom. As if deciding which is the bigger threat.“I'd appreciate the help. He already took out Cabba and Caulifla.” you tell him, and you can feel Doom's surprise. But then his brows furrow through his mask, and you can FEEL his anger tint the air around you.“Avengers. Reed. “he says, you feeling a seething, all-consuming LOATHING as he says that other name. Pressing a button and opening a machine in the center of the room, two women immediately being released. One a blonde wearing the same suit as the stretchy man, the other looking furious as she is dressed as some sort of insect. “I propose a truce. I shall... Overlook your blatant trespass upon Latverian soil, if you come to my people's aid. That Saiyan possesses the power to destroy this world, if left unchallenged.”The sound of a heavy impact is heard from below, and Hulk is smashed UP through the floor. Smashing back out through the ceiling once more as he's sent flying far.“Do we have an accord?” Doom continues, as if the physically strongest fighter present wasn't just sent flying.“Avengers!” a blue-clad man with a shield strapped to his left arm declares, drawing every eye. “Assemble! We've got a Saiyan to stop, before he destroys our world!”-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 263 Intermission End-
>>6436261Huh. I thought Earth exploded in this timeline, killing pretty much everybody we didn't see in the tournament. Whatever the case, I'm glad Earth's mightiest heroes are still around. Also, ballsy move putting Cap of all people in a scrap like this. I wont lie, i still hold disappointment in it being named Supreme Instinct instead of Ultra Violence
>>6436507To be entirely fair, Supreme Instinct is a lot more representative of what the form entails. Ultra Violence feels more appropriate for Broly's state of mind when he hits Apex Berserker if you ask me.
>>6436507I was voting for killer instinct if I remember correctly
Unrelated. What's your most unhinged theory in regards to SQC?Mine is that the parts of Dark Dragon Force that were shorn away in the previous reality ended up becoming The Force in this one.
>>6436603Alright I'll throw some bat-shit theories out there>Chilli is actually still dead>Karn has a Divine Domain and it's lost children>Bardock is actually directing the RnD program behind the scenes>The Cell of this timeline is being grown by LexCorp, not Gero>Baby's soul lives on in the subconscious of Raditz' child>Something's in the woods on New Salda and it isn't Wookiees>Nappa isn't even bald, he just shaves his head to maintain discipline>Bananas haven't been imported to New Salda yet>Multiple iterations of the Berserker Soul live on inside The End>Kakarot has congenital heart disease>Chaya lip syncs most of her live performances>Scouters never stop recording>Caulifla smokes
>>6436507Well Ultra Violence is what happens when Karn goes Ultra Ego instead of Ultra Instinct. Which when you think about it, an HP tank like Karn getting the inverse remaining health damage boost is pretty obscene. >>6436603My biggest conspiracy theory is that there is someone writing this whole thing like it's some sort of weird game. Also that Universe Noodle Saiyans aren't actually Saiyans at all and they just have their history mixed up, they're actually Tuffles who won the war and rewrote history. The whole "frost and kin have been guiding the universe to prosperity" thing was also made up, and it was just him being clever and taking credit for the universe being kept peaceful because the saiyans that were beaten by the Tuffles fled and just killed the shit out of a ton of people and laid a genetic and generational trauma on everyone before the saiyans all died out. Oh and that the timelines don't match for U6 and U7 but no one ever corrects anyone chronologically.

Yes. >Do you approve of Tiveus' idea of using the Saibamen to help train his men, to teach them how to fight without holding back? That is good. Though I wonder if scientist have created some “Saiyan-made horrors beyond comprehension” again. Remember that Pokemon Scyther looking creature that they made? It was so successful in being deadly that it killed even the scientists and Karn had to deal with the monster in the lab.Perhaps they have something more challenging than regular Saibamen. Then again, maybe what they have is too deadly and will just kill them. So maybe it’s not a good idea to ask scientists if they have something that can provide a higher challenge for Jiralhanae. I don’t know.> All this and more, next time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!Today!>>6434639>They've developed their own internal techniques instead, like a Kaio-Ken type boost, a speed enhancer, and even including a mild regeneration ability thanks in part to observing how Caulifla's magic heals their kind.Nice. Karn even reaching out to Queen Komand'r of Tamaran, Kori's sister and telling her before flying out to tell Turles and Ticho as well. As his daughter would be the cousin of this new child. Catching him training with his daughter, trying to help her reach Primal Karn spread the news to him before going home, the day finally ending. The next morning Karn wakes to Haathe, as she knows when he's awake or sleeping, telling him Broly requested him. And getting up, Karn met his newest grandchild, Karand'r. But as we rejoin Karn, after leaving Broly and your new grandchild, you're at the Jiralhanae city, helping train their warriors so they remember how to fight not for honor but to kill, to fight to win at any cost.“HRRAAAA!!” one of the young Jiralhanae warriors shout, slashing through a Saibaman vertically with the heavy blade on their grenade launcher, both halves of the creature falling dead.“Good.” you tell him, that one joining the ones who've already blooded their blades or fists. Turning to another, who suddenly screams in pain. Whirling, you see he hadn't dodged as that Saibaman had opened its head, spraying its flesh-dissolving acid and melting his right arm from forearm down almost to the bone. The warrior drops to his knees, clutching his stump as the Saibaman lunges. However, before you can leap in, the man recomposes, rolling under the second spray as he draws that scatter gun as well. Pressing the barrel to the lunging Saibaman's guts, pulling the trigger. Obliterating its torso entirely, limbs and blood spraying everywhere.“Caulifla!” you order, taking a step towards the man. Only for Tiveus himself to reach out, throwing a hand out in front of your chest as if to stop you. “Wait.” he says, his expression almost... Eager? “Let us watch first. See if he truly has the heart of a warrioir.”But what do you do?>Relent with a nod, see what he means. >>6436872You meet Tiveus' gaze for a moment, then with a small nod relent. You aren't sure if he's teaching his soldier a lesson in pain, in carelessness or a lesson to the others in what battlefield injuries truly look like. But you don't interfere, letting him handle this.“You. Attack him!” Tiveus orders, sending another Saibaman at the injured warrior. And you see the man's eyes widen immediately, shocked by his chieftan's order. “You won't have time in a real battle to sit and focus! Fight through the pain!”“KEEEEEH!” the Saibaman shouts, leaping at him without hesitation. The injured man snarls, raising his weapon but the Saibaman dodges this shot with a spin. Kicking the weapon out of the Jiralhanae's hand, then continuing the spin and kicking at his head. Which he frames up, blocking that kick with his forearm. Pushed onto the defensive by the Saibaman, yet as he backs up, you feel his power focusing. His strength rising, yet also dropping as he focuses it down into his arm. And as you watch, jaw dropping, realize what he's doing. He's FIXING his arm!“What the...?” you breathe out quietly, watching as his body regenerates from the damage. Even under attack, heavy pressure from the Saibaman attacking him, he manages to defend himself. While focusing on a technique that allows him to repair his injured body. “What the hell, Tiveus? You've been holding out on me.”“Our people are different. Whereas yours have no problem gathering your energy and releasing it externally, my people cannot project it outside of our being easily.” he answers as the Jiralhanae's arm is now healed back up to halfway down his forearm, and healing faster. Our use of life energy is more internal. But this technique we developed in no small part thanks to your daughter, our Smiling Angel.”You glance over to Caulifla, who blushes slightly under the praise and nickname as Tiveus continues.cont
>>6436912“We have developed many such techniques, though most aren't as dramatic as this healing.” he continues as the warrior stays on the defensive, moving and dodging the acid spray this time as the Saibaman's head starts opening. Rolling under it, grabbing the created creature by the ankle as he starts slamming it back and forth on the ground before curb-stomping its face. “Well done. Take your rest, warrior. You've earned it.”“Thank you, fa- Chieftan.” the younger Jiralhanae says, your eyes widening slightly in understanding. He wasn't just teaching any of his people, but his own son too. Ensuring the pain was his teacher, that he wouldn't forget. A painful lesson, from father to child, but one he and they needed. Tiveus then turns to you, a questioning look in his eye.“Should we pause this ritual killing for now, and show you everything we can do? Or should we continue first, ensure my people have all spilled blood and taken life before we move on?” Well? How do you answer?>Tell him everyone needs to be ready for war first, to prove they're ready to take a life before you explore what all they can do. >>6436913“That is your call, Tiveus.” you tell him, the chieftain raising a brow at your unexpected answer. “These are your people, your warriors who will follow you into war. They have to have trust in you, as you trust in me to lead you all. What do you think would benefit them the most first?”He doesn't answer straight away. You see him looking towards his people, to the two distinct groups. Those who have and have not taken a life, as more Saibamen are rising. Having been planted by the one he entrusted the vials to, a much older-seeming Jiralhanae with a scar over one eye. He looks to those who have, to his son's still-healing arm. The healing has spread up all the way over his thumb, halfway up his remaining fingers. Within another minute, he'll be fully healed. Which, as you remember how intensive the damage was, could prove to be an invaluable skill. And as much as you want to see what else they've got, you leave that decision to Tiveus. And he makes one.“You three.” he says, pointing out three blue-armored warriors who all immediately step forward. “Now, your goal is not only to show General Karn you have what it takes to be warriors. But also to show him how you fight as a unit!”He then gestures SIX Saibamen forward, who all lunge together. Attacking the trio at different angles, some opening their heads to spit their acid while others fly high and drop down, others going to the sides for a pincer attack. But the Jiralhanae are ready.“BEHIND ME!” the biggest says as you suddenly feel his aura change, his body and even armor starting to glow a deep red. His eyes blazing golden as he roars in challenge. Stepping between the sprays of acid and his fellow warriors, the sprays splashing him directly. However, as you watch, the acid just washes off him, like water against a stone. Meanwhile, the two behind him are already shooting. One with the grenade launcher unleashes a volley at the two acid sprayers while the other, a pair of those automatic pistols in hand are firing up, spraying the two trying to fly down and forcing them to defend. Only for the flanking ones to reach the trio, the glowing Jiralhanae lunging and grabbing the one to his left by the head. Slamming it down into the ground with a wet crunch, the other reaching the one firing into the air. Only for him to sidestep and bring his bladed pistol down, severing the attacker's arms. Kicking him away as the other two finally reach down as well, but one-on-one the Jiralhanae make quick work of them. The trio rising and standing tall together, you blinking in astonishment.cont
>>6437001“What the hell was that?” you ask, the glowing Jiralhanae rising as the glow fades. Panting in exhaustion, stumbling a step before finding his balance. Catching his breath before answering.“Uber. It is a technique we created after you.” he says, you raising a brow in confusion. “Your, how do you say, Energy Body? We learned to use our energy to harden our bodies as well, to protect us.”“Hell of a technique. Well done.” you tell him, wondering if they had had such a potent technique back during the Covenant War, if things could have turned out differently. “So, what else have you got?”“You. No weapons this time. Bare hands only.” Tiveus tells another one, who nods and drops his weapons and a few items behind before stepping forward. “You won't always have your weapons. You could run out of ammunition, your weapon could be destroyed, or any number of problems can occur. But you must be able to survive even without your tools.”Tiveus then points out two Saibamen for him to face, you raising a brow at this. Until you focus, and feel this one is the third, maybe even second strongest behind only Tiveus. And he doesn't hesitate, but also takes a different approach.“HRRRAAAAAAA!!” he roars, charging forward, arms spread wide. However, between steps you see a sudden flash of energy in his eyes. A pale blue glow and crackle of electricity around his body. Then with his next step he's GONE! Surging forward far faster than you were expecting, closing the distance between himself and the Saibamen in a blink. Moving faster than someone with five times his powerlevel, and having hit both Saibamen with lariats as he charged past, they're left flipping in the air as he sighs out. Looking to the bodies, you watch them closely, realizing he'd crushed both of their throats in a blink. The two bodies crashing to the ground, thrashing for a couple moments as they try to breathe, then collapse. Succumbing to suffocation from crushed throats.cont
>>6437004“Well done Kanyion.” Tiveus addresses him by name, the warrior rising and turning. However, as he looks to you and his chieftain, you can see it in his eyes. He thinks he's strong. And before you can react he's activated that technique again, closing the gap. Surging forward and trying the same move on you that he eliminated the Saibamen with. Sighing out slowly, calming himself before clenching his fists. And you feel it, can feel his energy changing, growing. His strength suddenly rising, eyes blazing red as he roars. Charging in, not moving as fast as he was with the sparks but his speed matches his powerlevel. His fist slamming into your left forearm you raise defensively, surprising you at his around 12x boost in power. But he doesn't stop, following up with a barrage of heavy punches with almost no technique, just raw aggression and power. Making him predictable, swatting his next left to your outside with your own left, knocking him off balance. Or, you would have if he wasn't seemingly expecting it, twisting from the momentum of your parry into a back hook kick aimed at your temple!“That's more like it!” you reply, catching his heel. Lifting him over your head and slamming him to the ground. However, right as he's about to hit, you see that same red glow envelop him, activating that same defense the other used against the acid.cont
>>6437068So, you continue slamming him about, back and forth for several seconds. But as his armor doesn't break, you instead lift him up, delivering a powerful gut shot to him. One that you can feel lands, the man wheezing as you force the air out of his lungs. The red glow fades almost instantly, you drop him to catch his breath a moment as you watch.“This is the perfect time to kill your foe. When they cannot breathe, or defend themselves.” you instruct the others, everyone watching him struggle to regain his breath. He eventually does, pushing himself up to his feet. Staggering a step before finding his balance, a newfound determination in his eyes. Drawing his right hand back, he doesn't make a fist. He makes a spearhand instead, feeling his body's energy shifting and gathering into his arm. Then, with a roar he goes to lunge. Only for you to get a flash of Foresight. Watching yourself in third person as he swings that spearhand, his fingers somehow sharpened like a blade and piercing through your arm. The vision then ends, you returning to the present as he's charging you. Which leaves just one question:What do you do about this?>Activate your Energy Body, see if your shielding ki can block this as you deflect his strike instead of blocking it head-on>Meet his attack with your Piercing Fist, see who's sharp punch is sharper>Use your telekinesis to stop his hand just short of you, hold him in place as you examine his hand closer, to try and figure out this technique>Other(write in)?

But the Jiralhanae's hand cuts through the telepathic grip with ease, your eyes widening. But you don't stop, instead grabbing it by the forearm, down close to the elbow. Where your grip is solid, catching it and stopping Kanyion's strike just an inch short of your outstretched palm.“So, you can also make your body sharp enough to cut, huh?” you ask, seeing the sudden shock on his face. Can even hear the whispers from Tiveus' men, wondering how you could have known that, what kind of powers you have to have to be able to just sense that without it touching you. None of them knowing you'd seen the future, which is how you knew to avoid it. Reaching up with your fingertip, running it across his hand. Feeling the bite of an edge, a line of red appearing on your fingertip from the shallow cut. “Fascinating.”“How-? How did you...?” he asks, clearly unsure which question to ask first. But as he tries to move, to pull his arm back and realizes you're holding his arm perfectly still from elbow down, he decides easily. “How are you doing that?”“Telekinesis. I'm stronger than you, so I'm using my strength to hold you in place.” you tell him, then immediately raise your right forearm. Blocking his punch, trying to break your construct. But not making that arm cutting, seemingly unable to make more than one limb at a time cutting. “So, what do you call this technique?”“Call it a Slasher. 'Cause it slashes real good.” he replies, you nodding as you continue focusing on his energy. Casually blocking his other attempted strikes while you hold his arm in place, studying the technique before releasing him, while simultaneously landing a palm strike to his chest. Sending him flying back, crashing to the ground in a tumble once more. Only to draw your Ki Blade, just a short one around your own right hand, just externally.“To think we end up at the same technique, just different executions.” you say, then end the blade of ki around your hand while returning to the fighting stance you know best. “So, what else have you got?”“Just one.” he says, crossing his arms. You feeling his power start to surge, his ki gathering in one spot as he growls. Then, opening his mouth with a roar, fires a mouth blast at you. “HAAAAAAAAAAA!!”cont
>>6437126“Not bad!” you exclaim, bracing yourself and catching the beam with your left hand. Stopping the attack with ease, Kanyion ending it after a few seconds. Dropping to a knee, gasping in air as he struggles to breathe. “Look at you, seems you can project your ki. Not a bad attack, either. Well done.”He doesn't answer immediately, gasping for air. Clearly even a mediocre blast like that is the top tier of Jiralhanae attacks, at least as far as energy attacks. And takes far more out of them to project it than it does to mess with their own bodies. So you relax, powering back down and letting your own energy relax as you walk over, offering a hand to Kanyion.“You're going to make a fine warrior.” you tell him, helping him to his feet before turning back to Tiveus. “So, who's next?”And for the next hour, the rest of the soldiers who are going on this mission all have their turns. Battling Saibamen, learning or awakening the killer instincts within them before the battle to come.“Good first lesson.” you say to them, and to Tiveus once they've all had a turn. “Same time tomorrow then, we'll go over your coordination. Make sure you can all fight as a team, both smaller units and as a whole. Tiveus.”You then turn to him, sharing a nod before he starts addressing his people again. But as he does, you-Well? That the proposed plan for temporary housing would be thirty new buildings, all up by the end of the month. Looking back and forth between you and Maza, realizing he's clearly not got the same mother as most of your other children she's no doubt seen. Of course, what's going on?” she replies, you filling her in telepathically on what's going on. Then, a moment later you sense her energy, and she appears. Using her Instant Transmission to appear in the room as well before addressing Maza aloud. “Give me the measurements.”And he does, handing her a holopad with all the data. Which she looks at as she heads towards the door. You follow, Maza and the Jiralhanae chieftess following you both. Your wife heads outside, and starts marking distance with her feet. Leaving small scuffs in the ground, measuring distance.“Hmph. You tell me you cannot measure with your feet?” she asks you as Meloka, checking the pad one last time sets it down behind her. Cracking her neck, stretching her arms behind her head before she starts conjuring her Warding Eyes. And you can feel the Jiralhanae's sudden tension as your wife conjures more than a score of her energy orbs. Directing them with extreme precision, and within moments she's created an outline. Then, with a thought and clenching her fists, the orbs change. Forming walls, creating an exact three dimensional replica of the dimensions of one of these temporary homes. More than twenty two yards square at the base, rising up to three floors high. And as its form solidifies, the woman gasps. “Wh-What is...? But numbers were small... >99,98,99WHY ARE WE SO GOOD AT BEATING OUR WIFE?
>>6437457“Meloka?” you reply, confused for a split second. Then you close your eyes, letting your body take full control to battle her own bestial instincts. And your body doesn't hesitate.“HRRYAAA!' she snarls, opening with a heavy right. Weaving under the wild right slash by dropping low to your left side, then leaping up and landing a powerful flying knee to her chin as you weave the follow-up left slash. Snapping her head back, stunning her for a second as you flip forward. Grabbing her head, hand wrapped around her face you slam her down into the ground. Smashing and shattering the ground with the back of her head, then pick her up and land a devastating gut shot. One that knocks the wind out of her, your wife wheezing, claws fading. Releasing her head with the punch, the heavy blow sends her flying. “KUUUH!?”Opening your eyes, you watch as she's sent flying back, but even winded doesn't stop. Flipping over, landing on all fours she digs trenches through he ground with her hands and feet before clawing through the ground and kicking off right back at you. Closing your eyes again, surrendering entirely to your power. And your body reacts once more to her charge. Surging forward as well, meeting her fist with your own. Stopping her charge, only for her to front flip over your outstretched arm, trying for an axe kick down at your head. But you don't back down, body stepping forward. Raising your outstretched right arm up, blocking her kick with your forearm as your reach advantage comes into play, landing a stiff left jab up between her legs and to her jaw before she sees it coming. Knocking her back, then grabbing her ankle before she can get sent flying. Pulling her back down to you, catching her head in both hands and pressing your forehead to hers. Staring deep into her eyes as your own open.“Meloka.” you say, and her entire body freezes, then shivers. Blinking once, twice, you see her come back to herself.“Karn?” she asks, then without hesitation pounces on you again. Pressing her lips to yours as she knocks you back onto your back. Chest heaving as she breathes heavily, a different kind of hunger taking over. Sighing out, you power out of your instinctual form, arms wrapping around her as you hold your wife to you. And as you lose yourselves in one another once more, letting your passions and desires take over, you can't help but smile. This is the life you've worked so hard for, the culmination of you and your wife's work over the years. And you're going to do everything in your power to protect this. No matter who or what tries to interfere.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHQvSlwPf2U-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 263 End-
>>6437490And that's it for this episode, everyone enjoy the ride? Were you expecting that battle to go the way it did, or were you expecting more from the Dark God's appearance? Curious what is now waiting for you back home, when you and Meloka return? And do you think your training with Meloka in her Primal Deity form will help both of you control your powers in upcoming fight(s)? All this and more, next time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!
>>6437491Honestly, this would be ideal training for the both of us if it weren't for the constant sex. Might need to set up a strict embargo if she keeps this up.Jokes aside, good session as always GD.
>>6437491i did expect darkseid to lowball us since we've got some serious buffs just this week but meloka hacking him to shreds was a bit surprising ngl
>>6437496I'm not. Meloka's always been scary.
>>6437496Seidquest tends to be a 3-turn miniboss on a good day but I didn't anticipate Meloka literally mauling his avatar into smithereens either
>>6437508I figure Meloka blowing his back out just means it's finally time for him to quit playing around with the avatars and finally face us for real.Whether he invites us to his native dimension or drags us there by force, we are definitely facing the tiger-force at the core of all things soon.

>>6437335>Reminds me more of DBS skinny buu, with the eyes. But I see the vision. It’s already here. Dragon Ball is alive. Awesome.>And with a snarl, she ascends right back to her Primal Deity form. She is getting used to this form and I think she likes it. I wonder if it means that it will be her final choice or will she still try something else too?>Meloka, however, does something creative. Right as the beam closes in, she uses the Multiform to almost instantly split herself in two. The beam passing right between both of her, the guided attack unable to differentiate between both of her and going straight instead. Then, as the beam ends, she re-merges, closing the distance and going on the attack.Very cool.>>6437456>She creates claws of ki around her hands, diving down and piercing his back and neck in nearly a dozen places with her sharp energy claws. But she doesn't stop at one, thrashing and slashing his back as she rides him down to the ground, ripping and tearing him apart until his avatar dissolves into nothing.Very nice. I guess this is not how Darkseid imagined this encounter would go. Will he return soon? >>6437457>And as she looks at you, you see her eyes are filled with bloodlust. And before you can say anything, she suddenly charges YOU! “What an interesting effect of using this form. Very much.>Were you expecting that battle to go the way it did, or were you expecting more from the Dark God's appearance?Perhaps he became stronger and wanted to show it, but also I think he was unprepared for the change. Though there is this fragment:>6437410>Darkseid's power is INCREASING!>He's not getting stronger. He's simply releasing more and more of his power, tapping into more of his true strength,I wonder if we let him continue to do this, how strong could he be today without destroying the reality? >6437491>Curious what is now waiting for you back home, when you and Meloka return? No clue, at this point I can’t predict anything.>And do you think your training with Meloka in her Primal Deity form will help both of you control your powers in upcoming fight(s)?I’m sure It will. >All this and more, next time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!Nice.
QM UPDATEOkay, so it's that time of the year. There won't be any new episode this weekend or the next as I'm getting ready for and going on vacation. The next episode begins, hopefully the 25th of this month. In the meantime, while on vacation I will be trying to get all the pastebins and everything caught up to date, as well as readying a few other surprises. I'll still be around to talk, but not going to be running full episodes for two weeks. I do have a few side stories planned out, including the conclusion to Meloka Wolbach's Runick adventure and maybe a couple others. >>6437925Ha.Yes it is, my man always delivers gold.A VERY good question, perhaps one to ask eventually. She's not just good, she's skilled.Yes, the primal bloodlust of Saiyans on full display. As for Kars... We'll see.The thing with Darkseid is he's completely unsure how strong reality is. So, when he encounters strong beings, he discovers the limits reality can withstand, and raises his presence in his avatars appropriately.
>>6437486lol.(Escalating domestic violence; we had to get better, after all of the times she hospitalised us while sparring in the past)
I was thinking while watching the World Cup about what if Universe 6 and 7 did some sport competition. I mean maybe I’m wrong, but as soon as someone from the players activates the Ultra Instinct or Supreme Instinct it completely breaks pretty much any game. I’m thinking, that they would give the user the perfect moves to win any game. Even if Karn was not familiar with whatever game he was playing. With Supreme Instinct active he would perform perfectly nonetheless. Similar situation would occur with someone on Ultra Instinct. I guess it could get strange with Supreme Instinct vs Ultra Instinct.Nonetheless I don’t know if I understand UI and SI correctly here, but I assumed that would happen when these transformations would be used for sports.Perhaps using them in sport would be so broken, that it would cause using them in a game to be banned by the rules?
>>6439076>vacationThat’s great to hear. I wish you a happy holiday, lots of fun and a good rest>I do have a few side stories planned out, including the conclusion to Meloka Wolbach's Runick adventure and maybe a couple others.Cool. I look forward to it.>Yes, the primal bloodlust of Saiyans on full display. As for Kars... We'll see.I'm getting some horror vibes thinking about this. I mean Pilar Men are a species of predators. Back in the day sunlight could save someone from a vampire, but not anymore. Then again I'm sure Kars will restrain himself just 1 inch from devouring Shin and everything will be alright. ”Kars, why are you looking at me like that?”>The thing with Darkseid is he's completely unsure how strong reality is. So, when he encounters strong beings, he discovers the limits reality can withstand, and raises his presence in his avatars appropriately.Karn and Meloka certainly raised the power celling for him in this reality.>She's not just good, she's skilled.Yes, and since Karn often trains with her it is really great. I mean Meloka knows how to fight, invents some very creative and deadly techniques and so much more. Training and sparing with her is great way to learn and improve.By the way I’m almost certain that John Dragonball (The Goku that Karn fought in the Conton City’s school arena) is thinking a lot about that fight. He is most likely very intensely preparing for a rematch.
Remember when Haathe poured a lot of hers Berserker power into Raven during practice? It overloaded Raven’s mind and caused her to become consumed with destructive rage. She could not control herself. What would happen if someone were to pour some notable portion of this power into Cumber? I mean he already has mindset that is really eager for combat. Would this make him even more aggressive? Has anyone tried this yet? Is this a very bad and dangerous idea?
>>6441074>I’m thinking, that they would give the user the perfect moves to win any game.I'm not sure it would make somebody move optimally for any given sport unless they specifically trained in that sport to begin with. For example, Karn and Goku fight optimally when transformed because those moves are muscle memory to them and can be recalled instinctively.Conversely, it probably wouldn't lend itself well to any sport the user hasn't trained in unless it's something that has crossover with what they know (like training for American football and going into Rugby or specializing in Judo before taking up Jiu-Jitsu).>Perhaps using them in sport would be so broken, that it would cause using them in a game to be banned by the rules?High level athletes are running on instinct when they hit their "flow state", so I would say Ultra Instinct doesn't warrant a ban. It's something anybody can (technically) do, and thus perfectly fair. Wouldn't make sense to ban somebody because he's trained more, right?
>>6441083>For example, Karn and Goku fight optimally when transformed because those moves are muscle memory to them and can be recalled instinctively.>Conversely, it probably wouldn't lend itself well to any sport the user hasn't trained in unless it's something that has crossover with what they know (like training for American football and going into Rugby or specializing in Judo before taking up Jiu-Jitsu).You are probably right about this.Yet at the same time I was thinking that maybe UI or SI could still perhaps provide some insane boost for the user even in sport that he is not familiar with at all.Theoretical situation:>Karn is in Supreme Instinct. His intention is to win the game.>He closes his eyes and let the Supreme Instinct fulfill his intent. >He start performing some crazy moves. To the beholder it seems as if he has either insane skill or impossible luck to do what he does and not fail. >But since he is in Supreme Instinct it is not just one lucky successful move. He keeps on making one successful move after another. > It's a bit as if Supreme Instinct allowed him to improvise everything on the fly, learn as he went, and never make a single mistake.Though I admit. I'm not sure if Supreme Instinct would work that way in this case. Maybe I’m wrong about my assumption of this.>High level athletes are running on instinct when they hit their "flow state", so I would say Ultra Instinct doesn't warrant a ban. It's something anybody can (technically) do, and thus perfectly fair. Wouldn't make sense to ban somebody because he's trained more, right?True. That's a good point. I guess players with Supreme Instinct or Ultra Instinct are just in a higher league. This should not be reason for ban.
>>6439076>She's not just good, she's skilled.Training with Meloka is great for many reasons, but I was thinking what about Towa? She just got power increase from Mechikabura that allowed her to become Demon Goddess. I don’t know how strong now she is with this, but I imagine she has a lot of new strength.Which brings us to the next point. Can Karn train with her? Do you think she could be a good sparring partner? I know she spends a lot of time using her intellect, but do you think she would want to practice some combat? It could be very good. And if Meloka was there too, then it could open new interesting possibilities. You could make the sparring match to be not the usual 1 vs 1, but it could also be 2 vs 1 or chaotic 1 vs 1 vs 1.Do you think that her latest Demon Goddess form is a enough to be in the sparring match with someone who uses Supreme Instinct or Primal Deity? I think this could provide some high quality training for everyone involved. What do you think about it?
>>6441972>Can Karn train with her? Do you think she could be a good sparring partner? While I don't doubt that we could get some good training in alongside Towa, I imagine that we'd get more out of letting her monitor our training with Meloka than anything. That's where her expertise lies after all, gathering data and drawing conclusions from it I mean. Just look at what she was able to do for Future Chaya, optimizing her methods and scheduling like she did.>I know she spends a lot of time using her intellect, but do you think she would want to practice some combat? She definitely wouldn't refuse if we asked, for whatever that's worth.>Do you think that her latest Demon Goddess form is a enough to be in the sparring match with someone who uses Supreme Instinct or Primal Deity?Fighting by herself? Probably not, but I imagine it gives her enough of a boost physically and magically to let a hypothetical ally focus on handling the bulk of fighting while she hangs back, slinging spells and fishing for backstabs like she usually does.
My post is not spam, filter. Sorry, no (You)s today.>6440426Ha, fair enough.>6441074Yes, but no. Supreme Instinct won't work for a sport, as Karn moves instinctually how he's trained his body to fight. If he were playing say, Soccer, would go THOUGH everyone else and attacking them. Ultra Instinct would work better, but only as long as your goal is "keep control of the ball wih your feet and get it in the goal".>6441076Has been good so far, getting serious r&r. Nothing beats the yearly family lakehouse retreat.Haven't typed a word of a side story since I got here, won't lie. Been relaxing heavy.>spoilerWe'll see.Yes. And that's why he antagonizes Superman directly, to try and find the limits of reality. But Supes NEVER goes all-out.Meloka can be the best sparring partner. As long as she's focused on sparring. He is indeed.>6441077>CumberVery interesting. An ancient Saiyan with the power they birthed to battle the Super Saiyan God would be... Cataclysmic.>>6441083Yes, basically.>6441562Supreme Instinct would not. It performs optimally with a target to ATTACK, not a simple action to perform like Ultra Instinct.>6441972She doesn't physically train herself. Power is simply a means to an end, to strengthen her demon magic in combat. Like asking the Scribe Wizard to spar with a sun soul monk and a barbarian.>6443228She couldn't defeat someone with those powers with strength and fighting skill. But power's essentially her dump stat, she's focused on more esoteric pursuits.
>>6443243>My post is not spam, filter. Sorry, no (You)s today. Now I’m deprived. Something is missing.>IMG_3627.jpgLooks great.>Has been good so far, getting serious r&r. Been relaxing heavy.Everyone needs a rest.>But Supes NEVER goes all-out.What a restraint and self-control.>Very interesting. An ancient Saiyan with the power they birthed to battle the Super Saiyan God would be... Cataclysmic.Fascinating and it also makes me curious if perhaps there will be someone curious enough to actually try it.If there is such a person out there, someone who would really want to help to make it happen, then I have some hunch that this person might be Fu. Same one who brought Komand'r to watch Karn’s fight with Goku.I’m curious also about Komand'r. Fu wanted her to witness this fight. He sees potential in her. Could this mean that she can become much more powerful than she already is? Otherwise why would Fu do all of this?>>6443228>While I don't doubt that we could get some good training in alongside Towa, I imagine that we'd get more out of letting her monitor our training with Meloka than anything. That's where her expertise lies after all, gathering data and drawing conclusions from it I mean. Just look at what she was able to do for Future Chaya, optimizing her methods and scheduling like she did.Alright. I understand. What you said makes a lot of sense, it is a good point. Maybe we should get her to be there during next training with Meloka and Karn. Both of them have some new and never seen before powers. Supreme Instinct and Primal Deity. Both of them seem to be incredible in their own way. If Towa could through her observation and study help to bring even more quality out of those already amazing powers, that would be great. If someone can do it its her. Like you said she already has massive experience with those things because of Future Chaya. I think there is a lot of potential here.
