Groceries cost your whole paycheck, rent costs your soul, the stock market is a pachinko machine run by little hats who already own the building, and half the country is one bad paycheck away from betting the electric bill on a 12 leg parlay. Unemployment is fucked, AI is speedrunning the destruction of white collar jobs, tent cities are becoming starter homes, cops, ICE, judges and bureaucrats look like NPCs from the world’s shittiest pay-to-win server, and every city has some combination of protests, riots, sirens, helicopters and one guy livestreaming his own arrest in front of a FLOCK camera. The global economy is a dumpster fire floating down a flooded street.

Meanwhile millions of NEETs are sitting in dark bedrooms with 100+ tabs open, encyclopedic knowledge of obscure shit, zero sunlight and enough collective autism to accidentally create smthn amazing. Some stop rotting, pool skills/ideas, start with $0 but build something real, make money, escape the fucking meat grinder and see whether a swarm of anonymous basement anons can outperform the S&P500.
