Not OP but in a day I will eat like:

>80 grams of chicken and a black coffee for breakfast (150 kcal)
>150 grams of mixed chicken and vegetables for lunch (400? kcal)

Sometimes I will have a biscuit or some crackers or a glass of milk in there too, and I also go on a 4 mile run every single morning. Generally speaking I am rarely hungry.
