how is it even possible to be fat as a teen, I ate like a fucking sumo wrestler back in my teens and still stayed skinny, kinda came back to bite me in the ass when I hit my 20s since I kept eating like that and gained weight, but I adjusted my eating habits since and now im back to healthy weight, plus started going to the gym

we really need some (non creepy) way to tell kids like this.just lay it out>you're 12. you only get the next few years once in your life. you don't have to be an Adonis, just stay skinny. some girl will have a crush on you no matter how autistic/depressed you are. if you do not take the opportunities, you will regret it forever. also, smoke pot and get drunk whenever you get the chance.
