I put some layers to plan the highlights and shadows but I am struggling to plan them, I want to have the source of light being one from the above like the moon and one behind her since it looks nice but idk also idk if the ground looks ok

You can try using a soft brush for the glow thingy if that's what you're going for. Just delet if it doesn't work.
