Most of the time they sit in one of their cars up on cinder blocks and watch Netflix. What little yard space they have left is covered in garbage. They have several dogs.

Not a neighbour, but the house around the corner that shares a backyard with ours is full of shitty, white-trash kids that the parents refuse to discipline. I'm talking they throw rocks, garbage. Our contractor caught one taking a shit on top of their parent's shed. They damaged my siding by flinging asphalt.The police refuse to get involved as they're like 9-10. My Italian neighbour got so fed up he chased them and physically assaulted them, punching them in the face/head.In time I'm sure they will grow up to be druggie losers, like their parents, which is sad. I'll probably shoot one when they try to break into my home for cash, ten years down the line.
