A big harm of anime is a double whammy especially for autistic people; unrealistic social standards and more obviously choreographed. There can't be much subtlety in television, especially for anime due to the animation process. The unrealistic social standards come from mainly romance anime, but also from any anime that has loser characters. They usually get treated far too kind to an unrealistic standard.
