I love getting written up to my boss for having a "bad attitude" despite not speaking to a single person at my job outside of job related conversations and doing all my work quickly and correctly (and not fucking around with my friends chatting all day, like the women who reported me.)It's so nice when a shitty day is made worse because some stupid whores pussy told her she needed to say bad things about me for some reason. The same woman who, mind you, has openly discussed being a misandrist at work and suffered no consequences for doing so, something which would get me written up instantly.I don't speak to women at work, unless I have to for work reasons. I do my job. I have never made a pass at any of them ever, during or before working here. I don't know why this bitch has a problem with me, every male coworker I have seems to like me just fine. Every time we have a staff meeting the boss complains about workplace drama, but the people who make a point of creating more workplace drama every single shift never seem to actually get in trouble.

Its so ingrained in the workplace that it can't ever be removed. 90% of the women spend the majority of the shift discussing workplace drama, and any time there's downtime they'll flat out ask if anyone has any drama to talk about. Everyone at my workplace knows it all the way up at this point, multiple people have already quit because of it and even the big boss has come in to tell us to cut the shit but they literally do not care.
