For one thing I don't know if we can sustainably have people live on a vegan diet because it takes too much effort and most people can't plan their meals and track how much protein they're getting, and they aren't smart enough to consistently take say b12 supplementation. I don't even know if veganism is even theoretically a viable diet. So while I was being confident in saying I would, the reality is I was somewhat baiting and the topic is more complicated. But at face value if you assume people can get a good enough nutrition without meat then I say go for it.
