I think over time I'm getting less afraid of people and more confident in talking and having conversations.
I'm basically gaslighting myself that people are nice and harmless that's the only way I'm able to be around them.

I would say I describe my way of talking in mostly asking questions. I know it isn't impressing but that's a start
