It's mentally, physically, and spiritually exhausting to be around others. I can be outside all day doing stuff for hours nonstop and feel great. But going to the city to get groceries even if it's just running in and out following the list and not wasting a single second, for the rest of the day going into the next it's like a nasty hangover. Being around people is noxious and draining. If we ever get access to a delivery service for groceries and basic stuff like feed or building materials I'd never leave the boundaries of home ever again. It's ridiculous how grocery stores work anyway. Everything spread out around the perimeter so you have to walk the longest possible path to get everything. Meat arrives frozen but is packaged and displayed refrigerated? They don't even save any money from doing this because of things nearing the sell by date, and when people buy it they just put it all in the freezer again when they get home after breaking it down into individual weighted units. It would be so much more efficient to just have standardized units and freeze all meat. Stuff like chicken quarters are flash frozen so they can remain in the bag without being broken down so even the units thing is kind of wasteful. The only benefit is something like steaks where you'd want a subprimal cut to specific thicknesses, but they usually cut it to a size nobody would willingly want. They should just sell like a whole ribeye, you specify the size of cuts, then they vacuum seal each cut and freeze it.

>>84736646Hard to say yet, I'm still deeply frustrated and going through a long-term crisis I see no way out of but it would be stupid of me to think a therapist I barely know can make those things go away. It does help make me feel like I'm not crazy though, everyone else in my life are so oblivious or completely deny reality that it makes me feel like I'm living in a world that others can't see. When I'm in therapy, at least I get someone who recognizes how terrible my life is
