Last book I read was The Spring of My Life, an 1820s journal and poetry collection from Kobayashi Issa.The genre is "haibun", which is a Japanese word for combining "hai"ku with a "bun"ch of weird shit.
>>84738309The last book i read was Silk, it was interesting...its set in the 19th century, telling the story of a silkworm merchan who travels to Japan..he ends up becoming obsessed with a concubine of a nobleman ...it's a pretty short book, I had to read it for a course :)
