Holy shit man, Im learning a decent amount. Yesterday I learned about basslines, and made one. But the crazy part was how after I learned about basslines, I started actually hearing them in the music I would listen to. Plus I could now identify the kick in a song. Its insane its like buying a red car and seeing red cars everywhere.Feeling like a musician ngl. Even though Im a total newnigger with music. Learned about chords today. How different chords evoke different feelings, and how if you move a chord progression up an octave, it sounds completely different. Also learned about velocity of the notes so they dont sound like a nigger is slamming on the keys. Crazy shit man. I loved listening to music, but Im starting to really love making music.. even though I havent made anything decent yetLets goooooo

>>84742681Yeah man, when I first opened FL studio it looked insane, like a spaceship cockpit or some shit. But you learn little by little and the DAW begins looking more and more familiar and like you understand it a bit. Just hop in it for 20 minutes and use chatgpt to teach you a few things. 20 minutes is super low stakes
I can't distinguish that stuff, I really like that I can't. They make it sound like it's a pinned down science and it doesn't make sense given how diverse people taste in music is
