>Be me>Be NEET for 3 soon 4 years>Against my own interests>Life just fucked me over>Dont have contacts besides my family >Dont even really play vidya or do anything >Just sleep all day and cook for myself >Get up earlier today >Legs feel weak and numb and hurting >Fall over myself >This pain doesnt go away all day>Try a massage >It just ends up more painful Apparently the years of NEETdom are already catching up to me. This cant be happening so soon, I am only 21 and pretty thinIts over
have you tried eating mate
>>84744159Well I have three meals a day every day but I dont eat big portions
>>84743967what the fuck are you doing to have trouble walking? i've been a neet for over a decade and the worst i experienced because of muscle atrophy and malnutrition was dizziness and weakness but never to the point of being in pain
>>84743967you need to do calisthenics for the sake of your health, anon. stretches too, every single day and as often as you feel like beyond that. i realize you probably feel like there isn't a point, but you should do it anyway. it's not like its that hard to just do it until it hurts and then stop.
>>84743967You can go for runs to slowly build up your endurance, you don't have to push yourself or anything, just see how far you can go before it hurts, stop for a few minutes, see how far you can go again until you're bored and go back, then do it again after a day or two, the goal is to have it incorporated into your routine so you do it for the sake of doing it, like brushing your teeth or jacking off before sleep.I started running because I like imagining myself in apocalypse situations where my worthless NEET ass suddenly becomes useful, but if I can't run for shit those fantasies are unrealistic so I'm building up my endurance for that, I live in a rural area so I don't have to see anyone on my runs if I don't feel like it.
>>84744458Its probably from the laying down all the time>>84744475>>84744608But Im in a situation where physical activity needing my legs is a little undoable given they move painfully now and it feels like Im controlling a different being
>>84744647give it time to heal, and then start REALLY small and slow anon. even just a couple squats, some pacing around your room, basic stretches. listen to your body, but try.
>>84743967It has absolutely nothing to do with being a NEET or sedentarism. Throughout my life I've been more sedentary than 99% of people. I've been a NEET for nearly 15 years too. Needless to say, I'm not having the problems you described or anything remotely similar. My health in general is the best it has ever been
>>84744647even then, you can take the "incorporate exercise into your routine" advice to heart when your legs heal, get that checked out tho OP.
