They made me do like a year worth of felony diversion classes, and in another jurisdiction for the same event I was charged with misdemeanor DV charges they were trying to get me on. Anyway they had no witness, cause my mom was pissed about the who experience and didn't want to show up to a court date if she had no summons. How this is related is the attorney or "public pretender" is that I have bipolar, so they she suggested a plea where I take probation for like 2 years (probation trap, I like drugs) and later after I reject a motion I could use to see if I was competent to stand trial and I said fuck that, I'd rather do jail time.Anyhow, comes the trial date, and they dismissed my charges.I got lucky.
