is writing a novel the talentless artist's medium of choice?
>>84747075Nah you could always be an artist who just draws eyes over and over again
>>84747075Well that-s an interesting question. Writing a novel is more about courage and squeezing out something novel about your life experiences, sort of sucking out your life essence. In that sense it doesn't measure as much for talent as for how far are you willing to kill yourself for what you want to accomplish. It's basically the warfare of art.
Writing is the only thing I'm good at. And I will become homeless if I don't do something. And I can't find a normal job for the life of me. Writing a novel is the only thing I can really do now for my future. If I couldn't write, I think I would just give up or become full NEET. I'm not good at anything else. I drew the short stick in life.

>>84747209what's the idea?
>>84747116I have no boats. I was dragged here against my will and am just running around like a chicken without its head. Asking me to conquer is like telling a hobo you just dropped from Africa into Canada to conquer the place.

>>84747075Writing seems like a stupid creative endeavor because it's extremely hard to get people to read your writing. That's why I'm going into music. It's way easier to market your music. I know it's very hard to get anywhere with either but I just think writing is so hard to break into
