Straight guys usually get bulimia instead. Bit of an asterisk here in that I'm bi, but a lot of the guys I knew from school that wrestled or did various combat sports out of school had really fucked bulimic eating habits and would regularly alternate between gorging food and fasting for days. Over a decade removed from high school wrestling and I still have to make a conscious effort sometimes to avoid falling back into that routine.
