because if you think you'll realize how terrible everything is. so you just pretend everything is fine i dunno. i dont know what the fuck is wrong with normies, i have researched it and asked doctors of psychology, they dont know either. people are just nonthinking animal retards most of the time which is why society is set up like this anyway. people are ignorant as fuck . like zero conscious activity or critical thinking. all spinal cord reflexes and conditioning from the state or someone

They have zero understanding of ADHD. It finally took me yelling at people about it and tell them to do nothing. Literally nothing. Feeling on edge without any effort? That's having ADHD 24/7 even with stems. There isn't anything over than a massive amoumts of thoughts going on at all times.

I think it is solid advice for social situations. I've come to realize that every little conversation that I thought went terribly and rehashed in my head for days afterwards was probably forgotten about by the other person just minutes afterwards. You're right that overthinking is what leads to some new ideas, but socially, I feel like it is better when I just go on instinct and don't think too much before or after because then I just start to question myself.

Living in caves would be better for us anyway

a lot of times we get so hung up on "what ifs" that we're unable to take action and actually see how things turn out
in those cases that's solid advice, don't overthink it (or at least do your best not to)

I watched a great rant about people who say "it's not that deep" the other day. It's anti intellectual and shuts down conversation, it's admitting you are mentally in the shallow end and feel intimidated by people actually swimming. See also people that accuse others of using big words to sound smart. Crabs in a bucket shit
