im 26 and a few years ago i noticed signs of balding, most likely diffuse thinning. went to the doctors last year and they both sucked dick so im not going back
today i ordered some fin and i plan to start taking 1mg every other day to see if this helps me out or not.
what was your experience with it? i am only looking to mantain my hair not really get any gains, won't do min for the time being.

Been fin and min oral doses for 10 years. Dick works fine. Have had a child while on the meds. I still have hair. I'm 35. It's not thick lions mane but it's more than others my age.

My dad is 100% bald
My bother 2 years older is 100% Q ball bald.

Get on it. Get on both. Don't get off it unless it fucks with your fertility.

You wont ever gain. You can only maintain and stop losses. Once it's gone they don't come back.

Don't hesitate.

It could also be telogen effluvium you never know unless you see a dermatologist. And no telogen effluvium sees no improvement from oral monoxodil believe me I tried. It generally grows back over time.

>Dick works fine
always this same discussion. im not afraid of developing ED cuz of fin, im pretty sure from the research i have done its probably 99% mental and 1% actual people that should go use dut instead.
>It's not thick lions mane but it's more than others my age.
did it get worse over time or did it actually just stay the same as when you started? what type of allopecia do you have anyways?

Correct. I jerked off into a cup and got it tested prior to pregnancy and everything with mine was fine EXCEPT my volume was a tid bit low. Nothing crazy.

I noticed thinning. I knew the reaper was eventually going to come due to my father and brother. I immediately got on them orally. This is my hair at 35. I have noticed a bit of thinning that is continuing, but it's holding strong enough and I'm fine with it.

I thought the same because it started to get really bad (or at least I noticed it) when I was dealing with some really stressful times. Honestly, I am still stressed af but not to the levels I was last year. That being said, my hair is thinner only on my scalp, not the rest of my body, not on the sides nor back, so I doubt its telogen effluvium. I did go to the doctor as described (dermatologist). The first one was a woman, she used a camera to look at my scalp. Said it was growing and that it was probably my diet (i'm 17 BMI more or less not actually sure rn). Second doctor didnt check shit and just said "min, fin and mesotherapy", which ofc I declined especially with the absurd price tag (if i take 1mg of fin every other day I can get like 240 days worth of it for like 40 bucks, these guys wanted like 100 bucks every 2 weeks).
Anyways it's been more than a year and I have seen no noticeable improvement. It also hasn't gotten worse, although I haven't tried to fix my health. Did you get diagnosed anyways?

>You wont ever gain.
I have heard some people do gain a bit from fin, of course not from any bald spots tho. The reason I want to try fin alone first is to see what happens 6 to 12 months from now, and then if I feel comfy (and I can find oral min in this shithole) I can try that and see if it improves. Eitherway i would be happy just maintaining what I have, even if it looks a bit bad in harsh lighting I won't care when I am 35.

>picrel
that looks pretty good anon. Yeah even a bit of thinning over 10 years is like nothing. I don't think my hair is as thick as yours tho.
>>
>>84750697
>I have heard some people do gain a bit from fin
It's not really gaining, it's just those on the brink of death coming back.
>I won't care when I am 35.
You will. You will always care. At least get on fin and use topical min, but you may as well use both.

My hairline started receding in early HS, hid it with longer hair until graduation. By then my temples were giant and top started diffusing just as covid happened. Started min and fin during lockdowns, got most back, folks in classes didn't even register my hair came back to life

>It's not really gaining
well im not retarded, if there was a drug that would make your hair grow overnight like in that simpsons episode then no one would be bald
>At least get on fin and use topical min
don't want to use topical if i can avoid it, I have pets and I am clumsy. And yes I won't particularly care, by that point I will probably have already gone through twinkdeath which would be more devastating that having a bit less hair than at 26
what is your experience with these drugs anyways?
>>
>>84750752
>what is your experience with these drugs anyways?
Topical from age 22-25. Then I noticed it was no longer keeping the reaper away. Went to a dermatologist who's focus is mens hair. Both on both for 25 years. More or less the same as the pic. Meanwhile my brother is Q ball bald and only 2 years older than me. Was bald as fuck from age 28ish.

I tried it for a while and thought it caused insomnia, turns out that was anxiety/other stuff.
I began balding more ~28 so I gave it another ago, I'm now 30 and actually regained some hair. No sides. I'm not taking min or rolling or any of these other things, just 1mg fin per day.
>>
>>84750889
>just 1mg fin per day
did you try a lower dose before? im happy for you that you regained some. what type of hair lose do you have?
>>
>>84750626
holy shit, is there any reason not to just kms if i start balding
>>
>>84750750
Oh my God how brutal
>>
>>84750601
I regret not taking it desu
>>
i went bald before it was normal/known to take these things
>>
>>84750601
>every other day
are you retarded, you take it every day.

also it stops progression, it's unlikely to regrow anything.
yes, it works. every actor is on it.
>>
>>84751959
>are you retarded, you take it every day.
not needed at those doses, it plateus
>>
>>84750926
I tried 0.5mg first then settled on 1mg.
I had thinning on top which was all reversed. In my early twenties I had also lost some hair around my temples which never returned, but that's fine. It would be weird to have a teenage hairline in my 30s.
